We got a wedding to go to, so will be able to drink, dance and have fun. I want to go swimming again, garden parties etc. Lots to do once we are released

I can't stand weddings. Anything like that bores the arse off me.
I'll be taking a long weekend break somewhere and catching up with my mates.

I am going to see my grandson in Leeds. Also cant wait to get dressed up and go out for a nice meal.
What I have missed most after seeing family and friends though, is just sitting in cosy little cafe's watching the world go by, I miss that sort of atmosphere.

When OH retired, we have always had a joke between us, if I said 'where shall we go today?' he would reply...'we can go wherever we want to and do whatever we want to', and we could.
The last year....it hasn't had the same ring.
Hopefully, soon.....

You are in the same position as us Mags. It really is a great feeling to be free to do whatever you want with your time. Come summer (fingers crossed) though we won't be going abroad this year, because imo it's still too risky, we will maybe do the road trip round England and Wales we should have done last June.

We were thinking of that, just a weekend here or there. No abroad for us.

I had the Oxford one....apart from waking up in the night with a bad case of the shivers.....nothing else.
I felt fine the next day, not even a sore arm.
