Phil could you not go to Citizen Advice and ask them for help?
Explain everything and see what help they can offer.

How are you affording to drink an ocean? Particularly at £10 a pint?

I don't go to pubs.
I go to supermarkets and get bottles of gutrot wine and. Cheap super cider.
I really don't care anymore.
As far as myself goes if I was a young, fit male immigrant the authorities would bend over backwards to accommodate my every whim.
Fuck them.
Once she stopped drinking she was a beautiful soul.
No one deserves to die like that.
No dignity.

Unfortunately, filling your body up with drink or drugs does eventually strip away dignity.
Death is often undignified, nothing we can do about that. Just remember the good times, which if you give yourself the chance, you will one day.
Have you tried to create the email address yet ??

Not yet.
I will try shortly although I have absolutely no doubt it will go wrong.
It's already been scripted that way.

Is it not possible to bend the rule for this individual - create a one off CM account using his IP as a verifier ?

Another possibility. Go to your local library (assuming they haven't all been closed down). Join if you are not a member. Once you have a library card then ask the librarian to help you set up an account on the library PC network. Once you have an account, log on - set up an email account ... et cetera. Report back if you have any difficulties.

To do that we'd have to publicly post his password.
