I think so. He actually has a wide breadth of knowledge. On here he'd be able to show that more. On dogs the relentless abuse he receives just switches him into a troll mode of sorts.

I do remember Dean posting about the Clutha Helicopter Crash, I wasn't online at the time and I didn't see the posts until the morning.
I couldn't believe what I was reading, he thought ten people being killed and thirty people being injured was hilarious.
They were only Scottish after all.
I can remember a member on SOL who trolled constantly but was never sick or personal in his trolling.
He was very funny, that's the sign of a good troll.

When I was a mod on FH I refused to mod if Dean was allowed to join the forum, so he wasn't allowed.
Whilst mods and admin encourage him, and they do so by just allowing him to be a member on the forum, he will carry on.
