I admit I am clueless in comparison to Maddog and Vam re Trump and his activities.
But even someone with no great knowledge of a megalomaniacs actions, should realise that when it comes to backing Trump and his possible illegal actions against Venezuela and certainly Greenland, or standing firm with NATO, for the good of us and for the other 31 countries who are members, we HAVE to go with the ones who are morally right, at the cost of discriminating against our once loyal allies, the US.
First chance I’ve had to have a quick catch-up here, and I’m gonna have to post and run again. But just to say…
Syl gets it balanced and bang-on yet again 👏🏻👏🏻
Btw, how long has it been since we heard more about the Epstein files, ladies and gents…?
Thanks..more and more I am believing, given the backing, Trump could easily become the modern day Hitler.
The Epstein files have taken a back seat to his latest 'endeavours'....how convenient for him and his mates.
I think until the Trump administration is consigned to the dustbin of history Western nations will increasing treat the US as hostile to their interests.
This will have significant long term implications even though I think with time relations will improve. For example if European nations get fed up and increasingly allow Chinese Electric Vehicles into their markets then the US automobile industry can say goodbye to any meaningful market here. No-one is going to pay £30k more for a Tesla when they can have a Xiaomi with superior specs.
Petrol cars will go the way of the dodo now that solid state battery technology has matured so the EV market is going to be crucial. I cannot see how US cars can compete unless they have favourable trade arrangements with allies.
The problem with EVs is the amount of electricity needed to charge them. Most western nations already have strained power grids..
Their sales are already declining here. Of course we have gasoline at about $2.50 a gallon..

Do you think there are actionable crimes mentioned in those files and the people that collected all of those files know as much and failed to act on any of those crimes?
I'm beginning to think there isn't. And if there were, those files are destroyed.
I don't think you're going to see underage victims mentioned with anyone powerful except what we have already heard.

I think there has been such a cover-up, that opinion is whoever has collected the files have vetted them, so some people won't ever be incriminated.

That's because current EVs run on lithium-ion batteries which are heavy and need a lot of electricity to charge them as you say. These problems have now been solved by solid state batteries (SSBs) which are half the weight and store 2x -2.5x of energy in the same amount of space. The charging time is a lot quicker as well (up to an 80% charge in about 15 minutes apparently.)
I think the argument is effectively over and the biggest barrier to large scale EV adoption is the ability of governments to put in the infrastructure to support EV charging. That is, in my opinion, simply a question of time given the efficiencies of SSBs.
Without meaning to be hyperbolic the era of the internal combustion engine vehicle has ended.

There is no way the US can supply enough electricity to replace our ICEs in the near future..
More densely populated countries probably can. People that drive less than 10,000 miles a year need much smaller amounts of energy. Americans Canadians, Aussies drive much more than that..
We see the same thing with solar panels on our roof..
in some place like Texas those $50,000 solar panels are basically worthless when you sell your house. In other parts of the country with more expensive fuel, they might have some value..

There could be a cover up, but why did Epstein and Maxwell get convicted?
Those were two important and influential people..

Ghislaine Maxwell was the daughter of a theiving media magnate. A socialist who teemed up with a Phaedo to entice young women
Influential to naive young girls maybe, but without her fathers ill-gotten wealth she was nothing.

Epstein hob knobed with the most powerful people on the planet.
I'm just beginning to think there isn't any there, there.
I definitely don't think there is a list.. Obviously there is a lot of testimony and depositions with victims. I just think that testimony probably doesn't implicate a some sort of secret pedophile ring.

I think enough women who were young girls then, have spoken out about the way they were enticed, groomed and sexually abused, to think there was some sort of paedophile ring going on.
The very nature of actions like that are secret.
Whether the FBI holds a secret list....maybe no one but them will ever know.

They have spoken out about Epstein and Maxwell.
And I guess Andrew.
But there really isn't a lot of other people specifically named by any of the victims, especially underage victims..
Maybe I'm wrong, but i don't think there is testimony from people who were underage at the time stating Clinton or Trump had sex with them on or about this date, in this place, and prosecutors decided not to charge those two.
The reason I think this, is because no prosecutor wants to be the guy that listened to a several underage girls explain a crime, and then ignore it and cover it up. I'm sure these girls had legal counsel when they gave depositions. Those lawyers would also know, and would love the payday of going after the people thatna abused their clients.

Do you not think Virginia Giuffre's experience would have put a lot of women from speaking out though?
And as these unnamed people are all powerful, maybe even the lawyers were reluctant to take them on, especially if they can't get their hands on a lot of the 'evidence'?
Cover ups can and do happen, think of the grooming gangs here, and those people were the scrag ends of society, they didn't have the money and power that Epstein's alleged clients had.

Perhaps they were afraid to describe who did what to them..
If that's the case, then there are no records.

I wish I had faith that time will tell. Maybe it will. 🤷
Yes, Trump is going full megalomaniac or some shit.
I wonder what he has to do before his loyalists come after him with a straight jacket?
Probably not until after the midterms in November. He will be a lame duck by then, and possibly completely bat shit crazy (especially if the Dems clean house like they are likely to do..

Why can't the US powers that be act, and do something about his increasing madness?
Not long ago they were covering up for a man who was sinking drastically into dementia...and now this.
Even our weak leadership is making it plain that Trumps latest power struggle won't be backed by us or the rest of Europe and beyond.
I'm afraid till Trump is gone and someone who isn't riddled with dementia or madness is running America, our allies for the last 70 years will become more and more strained.
Trump is ruining your country's reputation, and he is being allowed to do it...God knows why.

Starmer's a fool. Trump sees through.him.
He can't just take Greenland if the people there don't want him too, also Denmark don't.
He can invade us though, get Starmer.out!
I feel Trump will pull out of NATO, hope not, we have always been friends with America.

So, now they are saying Tylenol does affect infants in the womb. Seeing as there's been an 800 percent rise in autism, something must be causing it.
US Department of Health and Human Services, which said that 'many experts have expressed concern' about paracetamol – known in America as acetaminophen or Tylenol.
Andrew Nixon, a spokesman for the department, highlighted previous comments by Dr Andrea Baccarelli, dean of the Harvard School of Public Health, which showed there was 'a causal relationship' between paracetamol use in pregnancy and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Probably because most of them are on the $$take$$, or terrified he‘ll stymie their re-election bids, or that some MAGA cult nutjob will violently target them and their families, or because they’re Russian assets.
OR it could be that they simply don’t GAF. They’ll keep their heads down and their taxpayer-funded arses firmly attached to their seats of power for as long as they can. It’s Party over country every single time for these feckless fukkers.
