I’ve spent best part of my day watching Trump’s arrival, speeches etc and enjoying watching Starmer treated like the fool he is . Only Trump could fix this situation because he has the spine to do so. He's that rich he can't be bought, and he's not the type to share any glory with anyone else. His massive ego is what's needed in situations like this. You don't become a world leader so that you can be loved and adored because that never, ever happens.
As for Gaza, there have been no journalists allowed in or out and Hamas controlled all the media. People die in war. Civilians suffer. Thousands have died as a result of war. That's not genocide. Genocide is the obliteration of an entire people. Something Hamas has been baying for regarding Israel.
The hospital that was supposed to have been bombed by the Israelis? Turned out it was a home goal by Hamas. There are photos of skinny kids in the arms of well fed mothers. Corpses that suddenly come alive.
And the part of Gaza that's been destroyed is a small part in the north, in Gaza City, not the whole strip as most people believe.

Trump turning his back on Starmer proved he agrees with Kemi. iirc Labour thanked the US for “helping” bring the cease fire - as though Starmer played a major role and Trump was merely hovering in the wings.
