The name is disgusting, designed to provoke outrage.
But it hasn't opened as yet, is still under construction, and some even say there is no such restaurant to be opened there.

“ On Sunday, Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson said the UK had "played a key role behind the scenes in shaping" the Gaza peace plan.
Britain had been involved in "complex matters of diplomacy", she told Sky News, without providing further detail.
Appearing later on BBC One's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg, Phillipson was asked to spell out the UK's role, and responded: "We do have a role, but of course the role of the US has been critical in this - we can all recognise that."
However, Mike Huckabee, the US ambassador to Israel, called Phillipson's comments "delusional". Posting on X, he added: "She can thank [Trump] anytime just to set the record straight."
Israel's deputy foreign minister Sharren Haskel further criticised the UK's claims on Sunday.
The country continues to fall apart and this gormless herbert has jetted off to attend something that has absolutely nothing to do with him or had a hand in. If he had been involved in complex matters of diplomacy then we sure as hell would have heard about it just as he’s droned on about his smashing the gangs chuff. Does he think recognising Palestine complex diplomacy? He has done more harm to our relationship with Israel than anything and time will tell just how bad that is.
”delusional” is spot on.
Only Trump could fix this situation, only he had the power influence and money to do so. The leader of the opposition in Israel is lying his ass off right now saying no genocide occured. , that it was all media manipulation. He has just this moment proclaimed "When you stand with Israel you stand on the side of justice" and calling America "their greatest friends" I can only imagine what Trump has promised them to stop them bombing Gaza . They are applauding him as if he is a deity.
They are madmen who have deliberately bombed hospitals , committed countless grotesque murders of children and denied the starving people of Gaza aid.
Yet you have decided to somehow twist the glorious conclusion of this horrible war finally ending, all hostages being released and peace being restored into a way to having a go at Starmer.
Petty isn't the word.
I’ve yet to see one pic of starving Gazans, not one. The pics of kids released by Hamas …you know the ones where a child who
has obvious medical problems is lying on a couch with their overweight mum and normal healthy sized sibling posing for the shot; or the fat “press” who complain they are starving. Looking at the Gaza celebrations there’s no emaciated revellers (children included); perhaps you’ve not seen the busy well stocked restaurant pics, or the markets with an abundance of food selling to healthy looking shoppers or the Gazans proudly displaying sacks of flour (or whatever). Look at the WW2 Holocaust starved and tell me the Gazans look like that.
Genocide? Israel could have bombed the population to kingdom come if that were the case…they air-dropped leaflets telling people to leave for their own safety does that sound like genocide to you? Tunnels were built under hospitals, children were used as human shields… propoganda videos of a distraught relative holding a dead child, only for that “dead” child to twitch its leg.
If you don’t believe that Hamas promotes propaganda look up Mr FAFO…he was everything from “press” to freedom fighter to a radiology tech to even a revived corpse. You’ll find his zillionth death has been reported by the media today, not killed by the Israelis but a fellow Gazan.
So if you want to believe I’ve twisted the “glorious conclusion“ by having a different opinion to you then feel free. Likewise to your “petty” comment. I stand by my comment that Starmer and his party of half wits by recognising Palestine has done a fair amount of damage to our relationship with Israel who have always helped us with intel re jihads etc.
Hamas released hostages, the Israelis released prisoners just for the record.
The BIB is total rubbish .
Just for you Anon a video of the people of Gaza returning to nothing but rubble where their homes once were and bodies hidden beneath. Israel HAVE bombed Gaza to kingdom come and that's why Trump said to the Israeli PM "you can't keep killing killing killing". I don't usually have time for Trump but he was right there.
. But yes it was genocide. At the very least ethnic cleansing . And Israel have kept at least 100 hostages for well..who knows what the reason is except pure cruelty .
Below is a short video by a man who.has actually visited Gaza. He saw deceased children lying in the rubble and describes how even now Israel is refusing to stop this terrible war.

You making a claim doesn't make them true.
In wars, shit is blown to hell and people die. There is nothing unique about the war in Gaza.
Nothing different than what happened in Syria, Libya or Yemen.
Oh wait, there is one thing different. The war in Gaza has Jews involved.......🙄
Watch the video by a man.who has actually been to Gaza.. If you don't watch it, then you don't want to learn just keep.your own point of view despite contrasting evidence. That's fine but don't attempt to tell me anything when you refuse to listen to all sides. 83% of all structures in Gaza has been destroyed. There is footage of Israeli soldiers burning aid so the people of Gaza can not get it.
What have Jews got to do with anything, you will have to explain that particular discrimination to me. I don't understand anti semantic views at all. Why would anyone hate someone just because they are Jewish? They were the victims of the second World War surely they have suffered enough.
Oh and just because YOU say something doesn't make it so either Madders

The structures destroyed are in Gaza city, where Hamas operate from, not the whole of the strip. Most of the strip is untouched.

This is a bit like an episode of Black Mirror. We all know that Israel has been bombing Gaza daily, and stopping aid following October 7th to the point President Trump ordered Israel to stop killing essentially "or else"
The media definitely supported Israel following October 7th which was a terrible terrorist attack by Hamas. But the media has no choice but to start supporting Gaza because Israel continued to.bomb , continued to kill, stopped aid getting through to innocent Palestine people. I am not the only person to call it genocide, far from it. Many broadcasters have, yes including my favourite James O Brien which will come as no surprise.
The whole of British Media have made it clear that Benjamin Netanyahu was the force of destruction that needed to stop killing. But here not only is genocide of Gaza being denied which Is possibly up for debate but it seems to be implied that Israel were not really in the wrong bombing relentlessly taking the lives of innocent peoole or that they were not doing it at all??.
In the video I provided which no one here has watched it showed by drone the total destruction of Gaza. And unlike Anon, I saw coverage from Channel 4 in a makeshift Gaza hospital where there were,I will put it very delicately, very injured children.
I'm not sure what the talk is about restaurants but is it being suggested here that innocent Gaza civilians was not being killed by Israeli bombs? Why then did Trump and all of Europe unite to stop Benjamin Netanyahu in his bloodthirsty quest? I'm just a bit confused tbh 🤔

Thank Goodness! It seems the country is allowed to acknowledge Brexit ruined the economy when we chose to abandon the biggest single market.
I'm so glad because nobody is judging those who chose to vote to leave the EU as they were conned pure and simple by Michael Gove (who has vanished )and Nigel Farage (who has yet to give the 2 million to the NHS he promised) So no more claimed victimhood, we voted for it as a nation and we must accept the financial fallout from it.
But frankly. The more pertinent question is how can we fix things?
Wes Streeting has acknowledged that Brexit has contributed to the UK's economic issues, particularly low productivity and growth. He expressed relief that the government is now willing to discuss the negative impacts of Brexit openly. The Independent
This has been my frustration about it ... We were warned it was going to have an economic impact, and it has. And it’s hit our country hard, so we’re having to deal with Brexit,” he said.
“We’re having to deal with the structural problems in the British economy, and we are doing that by creating stability and the conditions in which people can invest confidently in our country – recognising that governments don’t create growth, but we can help to create the conditionsfor businesses to grow and thrive, and that’s what we’ve gotto do.”
