"One of the protesters, a local resident who gave his name as Abdullah, said the cartoon offended "the whole Muslim community".
Abdullah, who told the BBC he was not a parent but had relatives at the school, said up to 100 people, including pupils, had taken part in the protest."
In typical Wokie frenzy, Abdullah speaks for the whole Muslim nation? These people make me sick. My answer to these hateful rantings are most people in this country have relatives who gave their lives so we could all walk and talk in freedom, and if the Nazi's had won, Muslims wouldn't even live in this country never mind have the personal freedom to be mortally offended. Fuck off!

This.
I am so sick of everyone bending over backwards to placate the more extreme Muslim factions in the UK.
Why were they not dispersed?
Imagine seeing that aggressive and intimidating mob outside the school gates.
Oh and the headmaster's grovelling apology was sickening.

Legend.
I agree what he says about these morons demanding 'Blasphemy' laws in the fucking 21st century?
Don't like the free speech millions have died for in two world wars?
Off you pop to a fucking poverty stricken theocracy then.

Things are really getting out of hand now. When are those who make and enforce our laws realise that the more leeway you give people the more they'll misbehave. The minute you allow people to get 'outraged' and 'triggered' by what others say is a downhill slide into very dark places. People might think that this handful of nutters baying for this teacher's blood is funny, but if you allow this to fester and flourish, we've all fucking had it. And I'm not just talking about this handful of idiot Muslims, but others who wave the radical banner. The headmaster should have told the lot of them to fuck off, but no one has the balls to do it because they know they'll lose their jobs. It's pathetic. It's getting to the point where people are scared to open their mouths or voice an opinion.

It's long past this point - name one mainstream celebrity/politician who actually mentioned George was a violent career thug off his tits on drugs before his death or that Islam is not 'a religion of peace' but of conquest and is not compatible with western democratic societies?
Everyone seems to be cheering from the rafters about all the ruthlessly enforced, endless and now totally obligatory award show 'diversity' nominations including the Oscars - I predict a long and virtue signalling orgy to come with some non-binary bullshit thrown in.
Oh and Sir Anthony Hopkins who should win the Oscar this year for his magnificent performance has no chance just because he is a white working class bloke.

Of course not, it's the double standards that annoy people so much.
This bloke died in jail after he tied some bacon to the door handle of a mosque.
I remember the BBC reporting on the incident and the arrest. They said a white supremacist did it, and that it was symptomatic of an English culture of racism and Islamophobia. I don't recall on them reporting on the sentence, or the protests against him being jailed or that he died in prison. I do recall the BBC talking about rampant racism and Islamophobia and the fact that the Muslim community were victims of an oppressive society that needed to learn to change.

Par for the course with the British Islamic Broadcasting Corporation.
What is so hilarious is that such values are everything the BBC should hate - racism, bigotry, misogyny and homophobia.
But they are an 'oppressed' minority so that is that.
White British admin worker who was in 'minority' at transport company wins £2,500 racism claim
A British employee has won a racism claim after his boss said English people were 'lazy'.
James Heeley said he was repeatedly teased about his nationality by colleagues who asked whether he was 'still drunk' and accused him of being workshy.
The transport administrator worked for Peterborough-based transport company, Birk Holdings, and was one of five white British employees out of 16 staff.
On one occasion, he claimed he overheard boss Gurvinder Singh Birk, saying: 'No more English drivers should be used as they are lazy and only interested in claiming benefits.'
An employment tribunal found Mr Heeley was the victim of race discrimination and harassment and ordered his former employer to pay him £2,500 compensation.
While the company claimed staff had 'just been joking', the panel disagreed, adding in its ruling: 'Many extremely unpleasant behaviours can be dressed up as jokes but it is no excuse.'
The hearing in Bury St Edmunds was told Mr Heeley began working for the Peterborough-based transport company, Birk Holdings in October 2017.
At the time five of its 16 employees were white British, and the panel heard this put Mr Heeley 'in the minority'.
From February 2018 to February of the following year, the tribunal found Mr Heeley was the victim of numerous discriminatory comments made by his fellow colleagues.
He told the hearing that senior employees had said, 'English drivers do drive slowly' and that Mr Heeley did 'not do a lot of work because he's English'.
The panel heard that on one occasion, employees Wiktoria Kolenska and Sandra Liutkevciene said to him: '[We] can tell you're British as you don't have your coat on, are you still drunk from last night?'
After Mr Heeley took a few days off sick, he told the court that another employee, Vilius Augustis, had said: 'Oh, the lazy English worker has decided to come back to work.'
The panel heard that manager Mr Birk also told another senior employee not to hire British workers because they 'can turn you down easily and claim benefits.'
Mr Augustis allegedly said to Mr Heeley: 'Lazy English workers are always off sick,' the tribunal was told.
At the tribunal another employee had argued that the comments were 'mere jokes' made by colleagues by his 'perceived friends' and that Mr Heeley would 'join in'.
He was fired on March 15, 2019, by Mr Birk who cited concerns about his performance, attendance and time keeping.
But the panel, chaired by Employment Judge Jennifer Bartlett, concluded that he had been discriminated against.
'We consider that the comments are serious such that they create a hostile and/or intimidating environment because they are by a number of reasonably senior individuals, over a period of time, repeated and in a workplace in which the claimant was a minority,' it said.
'We do not accept that the fact that he called some of the comments jokes undermines their effect on him. Many extremely unpleasant behaviours can be dressed up as jokes but it is no excuse.'
Mr Heeley was awarded £2,500 for injury to feelings and a further £961.74 for a breach of employment law.

I just came across this photo in London from 2006 of a demonstration about a few cartoons of you know you in an obscure Scandinavian magazine - long before the Charlie Hebdo massacre. I would like to know those in this country who say we are so intolerant and 'Islamophobic' think about these men (only men notice no women allowed) of diversity and peace?
Personally I would have thrown them all in jail for incitement to murder but of course 15 years later we are still the softest country on earth when it comes to Islamic extremists freely walking the streets.
You only have to look at the recent rent a mobs intimidating people and young children outside schools with the authorities far too frightened to act to see things are just as bad if not worse.
Or is that unfair of me?
