I'm a 98% sure Biden will win, but if its Trump, the party of compassion will tear up a lot of shit. It would definitely be exciting for a few days.

I find the left scary these days. keep hearing how violent the right are but not seeing it at all. I'm going for, hoping for a Trump win and I'm a leftie.
Organized groups plan to siege the White House and takeover major cities throughout the United States including Washington, DC starting on Election Night!
interesting opinion article
As the election impends, I feel an irresistible need to explain why I am going to vote for President Trump
Americans are generally loud & proud people. Many mavericks among the populous. A little like Trump. In the right circumstances they'll once again ignore the crazy things he sometimes comes out with. And his other strange ways. IF they still think there is some substance there. And that he can still get some constructive things done for the people of the USA in the coming years.

Well anyone who has an interest in science, climate change and environmental protection will be praying for Joe to win.

Dont be naive. These other countries will do what they want unless someone gives them some money.
If you're truly worried about the environment you would focus on the leaders in countries that are pumping shit into the air, rivers and oceans.

China’s coal activities remain a large concern and are inconsistent with the Paris Agreement. It would need to phase out coal before 2040 under 1.5˚C compatible pathways, but it appears to be going in the opposite direction. After lifting a previous construction ban on new coal plants in 2018, China has rolled back policies restricting new coal plant permitting in each of the last three years. By mid-2020 China had permitted more new coal plant capacity than in 2018 and 2019 combined, bringing its total coal capacity in the pipeline to 250 GW, and brought 10 GW of new plants online. China is going against the global shift away from coal and now possesses roughly half of the world’s coal power capacity as well as coal-fired power plants in development.
The Chinese will sign anything you put in front of them and do what they want. And that old fool Biden won't change that. No American president will.

Damn it's close. Looking at the very latest percentage of votes left to count and current leads Trump looks to be definitely on for 244. I'm counting Georgia among those left as for Trump. 2% lead, 6% left to count.
And Biden is only guaranteed what he has right now 238.
Of those left. Pennsylvania looks more likely for Trump. It all could easily come down to this state. 20 votes up for grabs.

I heard the Democrats wanted too and thought they could actually thrash Trump. I knew that would never happen. People like Trump and in fact Johnson never get thrashed. It's not going to happen. Whatever they do they always do enough right to get plenty of votes.

I never said Biden could influence them so I am not being 'naive', but at least America would make an attempt to address the issue under Joe instead of saying it's all a hoax.
Although the way things are going Trump will take it to the supreme court and have them steal the election for him anyway.
Then the streets will burn.

How will Biden get the Chinese to stop using coal? Obama didn't.
The supreme court won't intervene unless states cant certify their vote in the next few weeks.
There will be automatic recounts no doubt. Most states do that anyway.
With millions of mail in ballots, there needs to be some recounts in the closer states. Need to make sure 75 people didn't vote from the same address.

I never said he could stop them, but even China and India recognise the dangers of Climate Change, Joe does as well but all Trump is interested is boosting the wealth of his oil and gas buddies and sod everyone else.

It does if the President does not even believe in Climate Change like the orange fool (or at least pretends not to) and thus affects US Climate policy.
