I looked last night, I couldn't even see the moon! That's ridiculous.😳

Open your eyes woman.
Anyway, we had a light shower yesterday for the first time in about 60 days..
We're still way behind, the lakes are low and everything is brown, yellow and dead.
My eyes are open...and less of the woman.
You're not turning non binary on us, are you?
Just checked, I definitely am a woman, but I don't want to be addressed as 'woman' on a forum, thank you very much.
I have a name...it's there to be used.

Been mostly cloudy here today...back to normal.
Though at the minute it's so dark it looks like night time, I expect the storm they predicted a couple of days ago may be on the way.

Can someone explain to me Climate Change? A few days ago I felt really hot living in urban mid England. I read in the media that this was due to Climate Change. The BBC have an article on their website with the title "How to Tackle Climate Change Deniers". So I thought to myself this damn Climate Change is why I feel so hot today. Anyway today, a few days later, I feel cold. The weather is overcast, the temperature feels cold. So I think to myself - damn this Climate Change changes so quickly - from day to day from week to week - damn you Climate Change for making me feel cold today.

Climate change isn't about daily variations but someone else can probably explain in more detail, or you can research it for yourself, although that takes more effort.

So were the media calling out those few days of heat to climate change wrong?

Nice day in Bonnie Scotland yesterday but rather chilly today.
I think it might rain.
I had a lovely big pudding supper for my dinner, with a roll on the side for some chips.
Just a wee treat now and again!!

So it finally rained. Stormed, hailed, you name it.
And we were out riding bikes last night.
It was Ike the freaking Wizard of Oz with tree limbs falling and shit blowing everywhere.
But damn we needed it. Could use a few more inches.
My ex wife used to say the same thing about me. 😉

Drought is over.
For the first time in my life that I recall, we may flood in August. 🤷♂️
The funny thing in Texas is we seem to get all weather in extremes..

Another pleasant day here...when the sun came out it ws lovely, warm enough to eat out.
When it went in...a bit like October, luckily most of the afternoon has been sunny.
