Maybe if you travelled away from your own country...you know, actually KNEW what you were talking about instead of just reading it...you would realise that sometimes you sound pretty ignorant.
My teeth and fab, and I don't have to pay thousands to get them so.

It's a stereotypical joke.
Like Canadians are always polite.
The French are surrender monkeys..
Americans are loud and obese.
OK, maybe the last one isn't simply a stereotype..

So like most stereotypes, there is a little truth to it.
Going out to tea rooms for lunch with my daughter's and grandaughter.
Looking forward to it 😀
Enjoy Mags.
Will you have afternoon tea served on a three tiered stand?
Yes we did, so posh. Loved it x
Afternoon tea is a lovely treat...no one does a quaint English afternoon tea like the English. x

I have had 36 hours without any food, not dieting, just sick.
Today I feel 100% better, not even hungry, though I will have a slice of toast before I go out.
Obviously I have drank water....and 2 cups of tea.

Thanks Mags, I do. It must have been a 48-hour thing, because today (touch wood) I feel great.
Oddly, not hungry at all, though I will have a meal later on today.

I'm making soup tonight and I've learned to put the ingredients in before the liquid after my wee mishap last time when it all splashed out at hit me in the coupon.
Lentil, carrots, tatties and grated ham hock.
😍

Vita, I can usually work it out when you use a Scottish word or expression, but 'Hit me in the coupon' has me stumped.
