our Stuart is shutting up shop in October. This must be the third or fourth time that we have been informed of such an intention.
the thread that announces such news invites us as well to ask him anything about the way the forum has been run or its history over the years.
my first question as a guest was whether he regretted appointing hobbit as a mod. that post didn’t get through, so we are back where we started.
Apparently the 15th birthday of dogs is in October and plans to pull the plug shortly thereafter.
anybody, believe it?
your sincerely

Why are you making nasty remarks to Maddog anonymously, then logging in to make other comments about Dogs, in your own username?
Anyone would think you were scared to own your posts when you are being personal to one of our members here.

Stu gets under your skin which is why you can’t stop obsessing about the place. You feel hes got one over on you which is why you went nuclear with narcissistic rage and brought his family into it
Give it up grandpa, you’ll bust a blood vessel at your age
I make about one post a week on a thread about the place.
I'd say that's far from obsessive.
I'll bet you make more posts about me..😉
You've accidentally miscounted. This month you've made 20+ posts about him and his place, you're averaging one a day so far.
Not about him..
Take this post. It's about you and me. Many of my posts on this thread aren't about him but replies to others.
Do you have anything to say about the threads topic??
Yes - if he shuts down that'll be the busiest thread here finished.
I think you will find my little inoffensive quiz thread has had far more posts in far less time.

Well why do you think, chuck? You’re not outing anyone with your IP goggles, you just confirming what people already knew. Listen Chuck it’s about time you livended this place up a bit, it’s become a mainstay for old right wing biddies. Your sincerely, Stu

Losing a much loved dog is horrendous, happened to me twice now.
You gave them a good life, lots of love and I'm sure they've left you with lots of happy memories.

Is Stu for real? Has his years of abuse and doxing of others, of stalking people on Facebook etc, suddenly been erased from his memory?

Too far mate, stalking my family shoots out so many red flags.
You're username banned until Christmas Eve and if I see your guest posts, I'll delete them.
I've fallen for your bait twice on this thread and I'm sure that you're so entrenched in my RL that you're planning to try to get me to lose my rag so that you can report me to work or something, who knows with you MAGA people? I'm just not prepared to take the risk of you delving even deeper into my family life and doxing my kids.

The only reason a forum would disallow pms is if there's harm to the forum or mental health of individuals being bullied or because the admin wants greater control over their members. In the case of Dogs and its abhorrent track record of doxing and nastiness, we all know it's the latter.

The list of vile things he allowed on Dogs goes on and on. Most of us on here were on the receiving end at a personal level. The place died a death due to his banning anyone and everyone who got topside of him. In spite of efforts to clean up his act, shit sticks and you can't polish a turd.

Exactly this /\.
He enjoyed and encouraged seeing vulnerable people being taunted and bullied. I remember Lola and Snuffs who were there when I was, just two of the ones he and his little group hounded.
Odious Claire, who was like a high school bully girl was backed up to the hilt by "guests", who even before Vita confirmed it, was Jabba herself, Sto oo, Dean and a couple of others who enjoyed making people miserable.
He may have appeared to clean up his act, but deep down he is still the controlling, taunting bullyboy he always was, difference being he has no one to taunt and bully anymore.

I remember the doxing of Micky, the publishing of his private emails and the ensuing feeding frenzy. And the posting of someone's wife naked in the bath lifted from a private email. There was something really monstrous about the way they all piled on and ripped people apart at the slightest provocation. That time NAA asked me if my bellydance avatar was me and I said yes. Of course it wasn't. It was a stock image very easily found all over the internet and I'd chosen to lie about it to see what would happen and where they'd go with it. That one created months and months of venomous glee about how fake I was, how fat I was, how old I was, etc etc. The Guillotine Knitters had now't on them
And do you remember that guy, Orpheus? The one who went to meet up with NS at Ormskirk bus station and she stood him up? Dogs got lots of mileage on that one. The poor guy was hounded and ridiculed off the forum.

I admit, I used to quite like the online challenge of sparring with some people on forums. It was all new to me and fun at the time. It started on the Mirror, which I loved, then Mickys, then Dogs, but I soon realised there was a huge difference in what I (and many others) were doing, and what the clique on Dogs were doing....it was pretty sickening, actually.
I don't doubt there were other forums that enjoyed that sort of admin led bullying, I didn't go on any ...(I think Mumsnet was pretty bad, but much more subtle)

whereas over here you lost most of your good posters by ignoring their warnings and letting a known abusive sex pest join
then you all clutched your pearls when he did the same to you
big big mistake that
