Gemma Collins is demanding the Reform Party Candidate for Kilmarnock gets kicked out the party for calling her a ' fat lump of shite'
Sandra Kirkwood is a candidate in the upcoming by-election.
Gemma is a national treasure you know, well according to Gemma.
What a load of pish!!
Gemma Collins is in the same league as, for example, David Attenborough and/or Dame Judi Dench?…who writes this piffle?
The only 2 things I know of her was (a) her falling through a stage of some sort and (b) reading about her being “body positive” whilst all the time trying every known treatment (apart from putting her fork down) to lose weight. She was even encouraging a slimming jab which was deemed dangerous by medical professionals. Is that now the criteria for being a “national treasure”.
And what the hell did she do for folks during lockdown? I obviously missed out.

The only thing I know her for is falling flat on her face when she appeared on Dancing on Ice...and some said she even planned that little stunt for attention.

Judge's sperm donor warning over man who 'fathered 180 children'
“A sperm donor who claims to have fathered more than 180 children has been used by a judge to warn of the dangers of unregulated sperm donation.
Robert Charles Albon, who calls himself Joe Donor, claims to have fathered children all over the world from China to Australia after advertising online.
But using him as a donor turned into a "horror story" for a couple after he took them to court as he wanted parental rights over their child.
It is extremely rare for a parent in a family court case about children to be publicly identified but the family court judge said it was in the public interest in naming Mr Albon.
In his judgement, Jonathan Furness KC said he wanted to protect women from the possible consequences of unregulated sperm donorship and from using Mr Albon.
The baby in this case was conceived by syringe injection to a same-sex couple, although Mr Albon claimed to have had secret sex with the biological mother in the back of a car. That's a claim rejected by the judge.
Cardiff Family Court heard that Mr Albon, who is in his 50s, was a "stranger" to the child and has only met them for 10 minutes when a few weeks old for a "one-off" photo.
Mr Albon applied to the court for parental responsibility, to be named on the birth certificate and changes to the child's name.
Mr Albon wanted the child's non-biological mother to be called "auntie" rather than mother, despite the fact she had acted as a parent from birth. Both mothers said the stress from the legal proceedings – which took more than two years - had been cited as a factor in the break down of their relationship.
The court heard the biological mother suffered from anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts made worse by the case.
The judgement - made in 2023, but only just published - said Mr Albon claimed he wanted to "protect the welfare" of the child when he was actually "wholly self-centred".
The court found Mr Albon, who is originally from the United States but has been living in north-east England, started the family proceedings to support his immigration position to stay in the UK. That is something he denies.“. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c5yer90xpzno
I can appreciate how some couples would be desperate enough to go down this route but I find “The way he was giving sperm was unregulated as it was not through a licensed clinic, with no limits on the number of children, mandatory health checks or protection from legal rights as a parent.“ horrendous. Reminds me in some ways of Jonathan Jacob Meijer who has been reported as “fathering” in the region of 1000+ although Meijer claims it’s nearer 550.
i hope Albon’s wick-dipping days are over in the UK and his immigration application is booted. Glad his pic has been published. What an arsehole.

Arrogant prick.
It must have been a nightmare for the two mothers involved.
A warning to every woman who goes down the artificial sperm donation route...do it via a respected agency.

Problem is Syl even going down the respectable agency is not always a guarantee they are sticking to just the one agency...some of these arseholes are travelling worldwide as in the case of the bloke mentioned above. The donors may be checked out health wise, thank God, but sadly some agencies charge so much desperate couples take desperate measures.
The worst case I came across was “Our Father” on Netflix iirc. A fertility doctor no less, duping couples who had no idea many, many years after the fact. A doctor fgs.
The documentary “The man with 1000 kids” is about Meijer - he ended up in court to try and curtail his “donations”.
Imagine the worries these families must go through re who your son/daughter may start a relationship with, over and above the normal concerns.

Sad news that a young British woman has been shot dead while on holiday in Texas. Sure, there's the second amendment and all that, but it's pretty ridiculous that individual rights under an outdated constitution can trump the lives of innocent people.

USA and Canada are playing each other at Ice Hockey just now.
Three fights in nine seconds.
Helmets flying, sticks thrown and punching lumps out each other.
I never knew Ice Hockey was so entertaining.

The rights don't Trump lives. Your right to posses isn't a right to use without just cause.
Her case is odd. Someone (and not her) used that gun on her in her father's house and there have been no arrests.
And no indication of anyone breaking in..

Fights are not uncommon, but in this game they are. Its basically a "friendly"..
American Hockey players are probably more conservative than many athletes. They are 99% white and play a very physical game where hurting others is part of the game . Booing our national anthem at an international event, might not be the best idea.

The matter will be discussed behind closed doors by a grand jury??
It's being investigated as a 'criminally negligent homicide', they have identified a suspect and five witnesses.
Is it usual in Texas for the police to be so secretive?

No. Prosper has some fairly well to do residents like professional athletes. This reeks of favoritism. Even in an accidental shooting, if they really have a suspect, they are arrested on the spot and that arrest is a matter of public record. Details may be withheld, but that's different.
I hadn't read about the witnesses. This sounds like a family member playing with a gun at a party or something similar.

I also wondered if the people involved were being protected for some reason (favouritism)...and if it was a child who was messing about with a gun and accidentally killed her, that would make sense too.

I read the article in The Mail and it has a lot more information. Two of the witnesses were minors, but no mention of the shooter being a minor. She was playing on the snow earlier that day with younger step siblings and her BF. I sorta think those were some of the witnesses and possibly the shooter.
They show pictures of the house It's a large 'McMansion' but not representive of the kind of family that would be able to pull strings.
This is most likely an accident by someone the police are not afraid will run, and because of the situation around the shooting might not ever be charged by a grand jury..I highly doubt it they don't get at least charged though..
Without the details of the shooting it's difficult to guess. Not all accidental shootings result in a criminal case or conviction.

The BBC reported it's being investigated in private as a 'criminally negligent homicide'?
Could be a loaded gun was not in a safe place, and it was fired by a child....something as simple as that.
It's a tragedy whatever the circumstances.

That could be it, but they would normally report that and withhold the child's name..
I'm wondering if this was an adult, unfamiliar with firearms who dropped it, or was trying to unload it or something along those lines.
I caught my nephew who was an adult at the time (early 20s) handling my dad's 9mm..I'm not even sure why. Maybe mom had shown him the weapon for some reason. I just walked into my mom's house to visit and walked in on this stupidity..
Anyway I told him to stop handling it like that because you always handle a firearm as if it were loaded. He assured me it wasn't loaded and showed me the magazine which had been removed. I took the gun from him, marched him in the backyard and pulled the trigger pointing down.
Boom..
He hadn't been trained in guns and had no idea that semi auto handguns can hold a round in the chamber.
He was one trigger pull away from a fucking disaster.
These kind of things happen too often. Often the folks in the home are trained, but visitors like my nephew are not..
