This Tina Turner song has been released after her death. She chose not to include it on her Private Dancer album. I can see why. It's getting loads of airplay here.

I loved Tina and most of her stuff, I don't like this one, and I think they should have left it alone, like she wanted.
It's just a load of shouting, imo.

My favorite female Canadian covering Luke Bell, who unfortunately succumbed to his demons at 32..

Released Friday and saw her sing it live last night. Can't get much newer than that.

I keep forgetting to post this one...it's beautiful.
Do you prefer this version, Elton having the time of his life.

To be fair, I don't really care much about Chappell because I never hear her music.
I just heard part of this song on social media a few days ago because someone I know shared it.
But she is about to pull a Beyonce and release a "country" song. I'm going to be told how great it is and how happy I should be about it..

I'm sure it's getting loads of play here too. She's very popular, especially with the woke crowd that is the driving force in music and entertainment..

But you think musicians are 'woke' if they dare to sing songs with a vague country lilt that are not dyed in the wool country singers, ie, singers who were probably born into poverty, drone on about misery whilst strumming a guitar and wearing a Stetson.

Her genre isn't really what I was getting at.

I think certain fan bases are woke. She is very popular for her position in the queer movement. She's sorta like Sam Smith..
