I watched the documentary about the murder of Moira Jones that took place in Glasgow in 2008.
It was an horrendous crime and Moira's ordeal is reckoned to have lasted two and a half hours.
She was raped and beaten to death and after killing her, the monster hotfooted it back to Slovakia.
What really got me was the fact the were three chances that Moira could have been saved and yet the people did nothing to help her.
A woman heard a scream from the park, looked out her window and the went back to bed.
A man saw someone staring into bushes and was sure there was someone in the bushes but thought 'It will just be kids shagging' and went home.
Two couples heard Moira screaming and one man took out his phone to check the time and saw it was 11:30pm, he said to the others 'If there's reports of a murder in the paper tomorrow then we've just heard it' and did nothing.
Marek Harcar the beast who killed her was brought back to Scotland and found guilty but he's since been transferred back to Slovakia to be near his family.
You can't go upsetting a murderers human rights, I mean he was lonely.

The first breakthrough in the case from an unlikely source when a bus passing, picked up Moira being marched to the park with her killer.
Moira was also caught on other CCTV earlier in the day.
I would have done something, I couldn't just have carried on and ignored someone screaming.

UN says new polio outbreak in Sudan caused by oral vaccine
LONDON (AP) — The World Health Organization says a new polio outbreak in Sudan is linked to an ongoing vaccine-sparked epidemic in Chad — a week after the U.N. health agency declared the African continent free of the wild polio virus.
On Monday, WHO warned that the risk of further spread of the vaccine-derived polio across central Africa and the Horn of Africa was “high,” noting the large-scale population movements in the region.

Interesting read.
Why do I feel that the man made version is going to be far worse than the wild version ...... ?

The folk next door have a plum tree and said plums keep falling into my garden and Daisy keeps eating them.
I've tried explaining to her that she'll end up with the two bob bits but the greedy wee bugger won't stop eating them!!

I’d try and pick them up before she does... the stones are poisonous to dogs, they contain cyanide!

I would go and have a word and tell them to prune the damn tree but these neighbours haven't long moved in and don't speak any English.

I've started reading the book 'The Family Next Door' about David and Louise Turpin.
It's hard to imagine the way they treated their children, one bath a year, one meal a day, chained to their beds, not allowed any contact with the outside world.
Cases of children/people who have been held prisoner by their parents aren't as uncommon as you might think.
Take the case of Blanche Monnier..
Locked in her bedroom for 25 years because her mother didn't approve of her boyfriend.

The true evil that people are capable of never ceases to upset and amaze me.
That poor girl.
We can send a probe to the stars yet exterminate what is left of the Megafauna (5% left since humanity set foot in all of the continents) and every other species for such superstitious reasons.
And the usual drunken thugs every single fucking weekend across the land.
Alpha and Omega indeed.

Trump is a patriot he loves America and those who fight or die for America, Stop being so ready to believe everything just because it is about someone you dislike.
Anonymous sources and you believe it same as the fools on DS. Guess who owns the Atlantic? Laurene Powell Jobs the same person who is Bidens biggest donor, well well well.
All these officials have gone on record to deny the allegations, go look on twitter at actual war heroes saying its BS and Trump is their biggest supporter.

" He's not a war hero, I like people who were't captured."
Who are the fools again?
Those who believe every blatant lie (thousands) that comes out of his big mouth or those who actually look at the facts?
How many 'patriotic' Americans are now dead since COVID began again?
Boy has he handled the pandemic with dignity, grace and intelligence.
Not.
The man could roast and eat a newborn baby live on national television and his supporters would still call it fake news.
The worst POTUS in history.

If they are hanging over your side of the fence you can prune them but you have to put the branches back over their side of the fence.
No, you cant just chuck them back over... you ask if they want them back, if not you have to dispose of them yourself!
Does that mean I can’t cut them down?
You can cut back any overhanging branch that comes into your property. However, the cut branch(es), and any fruit or flowers attached to the branch(es) remain the property of the tree owner and must be returned.
