lol, Syl. It’s a typical Hallmark bubblegum for the eyes chick flick. But some of the soundtrack was good, and the lead actor is easy on the eye
I like a bit of bubblegum. I would still watch Dallas and Dynasty if they ever reran them.

Still one of my favourite songs and performers, I find his voice incredible.
I can't believe this is 41 years old...I remember dancing to this in discos.

Because I'm such a young pup, this is the version I remember most, at least until Pulp Fiction was released..

I‘m gonna spam this thread just a little bit more this morning…
We all have our fave music we play many, many times throughout the years. Junior Walker will always pop up in pretty much most of my playlists. And this song in particular always just does something to me 😵💫 One of my all-time favourite songs, ever
We wanted to try something a little different for our first bride & groom dance at our wedding. So we took a few lessons (with much falling about laughing our asses off), and ended up doing a fairly passable jive routine to this 😎😎

How sweet it is to be loved by you, is one of my all time favourite golder oldies, thanks for posting that one, I haven't heard it for ages. I also love this blast from the past too. Great soul singing bothers, apparently they couldn't stand each other wouldn't even communicate or look at each other on stage, they made good music though.

Thanks Vam.
There are good songs to be found in every genre. I loved Abba music, but I thought this song, and also the 'Brief encounterish' video, was a bit different to their usual stuff.

I still listen to Abba and still get mocked for doing so. Do I care?…I don’t give a jot.

ABBA was one of the best groups ever, some of their songs were musical masterpieces.
People who mock that are just musical snobs.

I don't think their music ages. Great group, great singers, love them.
