She reeled him in, even wearing his mothers perfume, reminding him constantly of his mother, mothering him in public.
I think his emotional development suffered after his mum was murdered....and she awoke all those feelings.
It's an unhealthy state for a marriage, imo.

She is as much like Diana as I am....which is nothing.
She went from liked to utterly disliked in a very short space of time....and it had absolutely nothing to do with her colour.

I agree. She hated being mixed race, she used to lighten her skin and call herself caucasian. Funny, when it suited, to dig at Britain and say we were racist, she called herself black. She doesn't look black, infact I never saw her as black, skin too light, I think none of us did.

How proud Diana would now be of her eldest son and her beautiful grandkids.
For those of us blessed with seeing grandkids born, thrive, and grow into lovely adult human beings....it's so sad to think a loving parent dies before this can happen.
