Speak for yourself.
We have had possibly the worst summer in decades. In fact, after June ended, we had nothing, till a bit in September and a couple of nice days in October.
Back to normal now....chucking it down.

About the same here and dull and grey and drizzly all day.
Went to Wrexham today a town I find unpleasant at the best of times but today seemed to be traffic lunatics day!

Come weekend there's supposed to be snow and frost in parts of England and Scotland.
Yes I've got coal in thanks.

Very cold here the last few days, I've bought a hat.
I felt very self conscious the first time I wore it but I'm fine now and it keeps my ears warm.

I know how you feel about hats Vita...they take some getting used to.
I bought a big sun hat for my holidays earlier this year....it took a few days to decide to wear it, and when I did, it was so big and floppy, I had to hold on to it all the time, it's in a Spanish bin now.

I've got a red woolly hat, but it rides up over my hair and looks like a giant boil!

Me and my mum spent ages getting her a particular sun hat years ago, walked all over Glasgow and it's still in the wardrobe with the label on.
