The wind is getting pretty bad here.
We have some huge trees...it makes me a bit nervous when the wind starts getting ferocious.
Very warm though.

Thank you Mags.
My plan for the day was to not go out the house beyond the bins but...
I ended up in Colwyn Bay Abergele Towyn Rhyl Rhuddlan and saw some very swollen rivers and flooded roads and fields but on the whole not so bad.
That's not so bad for me but every few minutes there were flashing blue lights police fire ambulance going in every direction!
Fair few shops schools and homes flooded.

I hope everyone is staying safe, it's been terrible up here.
Thankfully it's stopped raining today so me and Shorty might get out.
Very cold though.

Scotland seems to have had the worst of the weather, so look after yourselves up there.
There has been flooding in the NW of England, Manchester seems to have avoided the worst of the weather....sunny today, 7c, so not much warmth in it now.

Beautiful day today!
Touched 17 briefly clear blue skies and so still the sea was flat as a mill pond and not one windmill was turning from Abergele to Liverpool by the looks of it.
Llandudno was packed, all along the coast there the beaches were busy shops roads and parks heaving!
People making the most of what may well be the last sunny time for a while.

Cloudy and cooler, off out for OH's birthday.
Hoped to sit outside, but maybe not.
How come food tastes so much better when you have an outside table, preferably in the sun? They do have heaters here, so hopefully we will get a table right near one.

Thanks Mags, he has had some nice gifts and cards....and we ate out, thankfully the big heaters were on.
It must be a sign of age, we are back home hours before we used to go out.

We are the same, we go out afternoons lol. Every so many weeks we meet couple friends at night they're the only ones 😆
Seconded.
The expected wind and rain hasn't arrived here yet, maybe it'll fizzle out like Agnes did a couple of weeks ago.
I do think the weather is getting exaggerated lately, fingers crossed, it has been this time too.
Today mostly calm quite and fairly sunny.
Gone grey looking over the last hour few more showers.
We have some huge trees...it makes me a bit nervous when the wind starts getting ferocious.
Very warm though.
