Went out for drinks with some friends last night. Ordered our drinks at the bar and were told that we had to sit and drink them. Standing is against the rules. We were going outside anyway, but I just thought the whole thing was funny. Like the Rona can't find us sitting. Or maybe we spew less Rona sitting.

That seemed to be the rule here too, plus some pubs wouldn't let you in without a mask, though obviously as soon as you were sat at your table you didn't need it.
Talking loudly or shouting, laughing loudly was also not encouraged.

That makes it rather sound cute, like an elderly aunt MD!
On a far more sombre note already passed the 9000 fatality mark worldwide today (with several hours left) that's 27,000 (and counting) people who have sadly lost their lives in less than three days, and the last three 24 hour totals been worse than the all time record record for the first peak.
Grim.

Yeah. We did a lot of laughing. But we had a nurse present so it's OK.

Rona seems to be the colloquial term for the virus around here.

It's a good term.
