I think the current focus is because the murderer was a serving police officer, that has outraged people more than the norm. Women being murdered by men isn't unusual in the UK, the average is 2 a week.
When a cop preys on a young girl like this, and the manner in which he kidnapped, raped, murdered, Tthen set alight her body to cover his tracks, and all the time performing his duties as a 'respected' copper, that's what is sickening.
Yeah I know Syl but in this climate I think the authorities should use the opportunity to reduce violence. sexual abuse on women and misogyny in all groups instead of turning a blind due to being terrified of being accused of 'Islamophobia' or 'Racism'.
This is the 21st century and it has to stop.
Does that include “jokes” about flashing women ????
