Was it Cass who used to swap cooking pics with you on NS?
I loved her posts and pics.

Cass used to post a lot of cooking posts. She is a very good cook. I do handful of things very well, and am clueless about a lot of other things.
But I eat out a lot too, so I enjoy a wide variety of food and live in an area saturated with choices. Some of my pics (like the Pho) are from restaurants.

Led another ride last night. Had over 20 show up which surprised me because the temps were bumping up against 100 degrees yesterday afternoon.
One of the stops was a local brewery known for crazy beer ingredients.
It had a a Scotch Ale with haggis.
I passed..

Highlight of my day...helping OH tie up the branches of a Christmas tree.
It started off in the house about 30 years ago, we planted it outside, now it's well over 30ft high.
The lower branches tend to whack us on the head when we pass....they are too beautiful to chop, so we have tied them up to higher branches...it looks good.

Highlight of my day. This is getting old, twice a week.
Think I'll go get some Pho ( Vietnamese soup).
Have a sweet young thing coming by later bringing me eggs from all of her chickens, ducks and geese.
Might be a joke about a farmer's daughter there, but she's not the daughter of a farmer. Her dad is a Jewish engineer from Cali, lol..
Ever eat a goose egg? It's about 3 times the size of a chicken egg and very rich..
Bisket and meatball pho, with chicken spring rolls.

They look like ostrich eggs.
I wonder what an ostrich egg tastes like?
For would take ages to eat. Make a big omelette
I asked her when she was getting an ostrich..
Off to get some Mexican food as I am prone to do on Sundays.

True. But yall drive cars that would fit in the back of my truck. 😉
It'd still cost double even if we were driving a mini.
I get that, but you probably get more than 17 mpg.
Now. Should I go home or have a few pints?
Decisions, decisions. 🤷♂️
Well then swap your juggernaut for a car, and so will you.
