Oh No...that's even worse than washing a dark wash and a tissue has been left in a pocket.

My brother has Covid and has had to cancel his holidays.
He's had his jags but reckons he must have caught it on the train to Glasgow.
I stopped wearing a mask when we were given the nod but i'd still wear one on the train.
I don't know if he was wearing one, i'll speak to him later.
I send him one of those letterbox get well soon things, i'll phone when i know its arrived.
Getting pamper boxes for men is rather difficult.

Actually my mum's brother had to cancel his holidays because he had a strangulated hernia and needed an operation.
They say things come in threes, my dad's brother must be shitting himself!!

Thats bad luck for your brother.
Covid certainly isn't over , my grandson has it again, he had it at Christmas, this time he has felt worse than the first time...he has had all the recommended jabs too as he works for the NHS.
I am back to wearing a mask in busier places. I have to be careful I don't catch any infection after a big op.....it seems to be never ending.

A close friend of mine has it. But you know what....hundreds of thousands of people die every year from the flu. It's just not publicised like COVID. Which makes you wonder....

I know. I still think Covid was a lot more infectious and potentially more dangerous than the flu though.

How is your grandson now, Syl?
My brother's feeling a bit better, he's an underwriter and been working from home since the lockdown .
I think they've made it permanent.

My brother is in his early fifties, anyway back in the day he used to shake his head at some of the young people he worked with.
One time one said "I've just had some man on the phone, said he was a singer" "Have you heard of Paul Weller?"
😂

Anyway...
I've got rats, bastard things are breeding.
My neighbour had them first and now I've got them, so I phoned pest control and he's coming out to deal with them.
BUT...
He's just arrived to deal with my neighbours and he can't deal with mine because it's on a list and i only phoned yesterday!!
So it's time for my Ratter to get ratting!!
😠

No in the garden and the outside cupboard beside the back door Digs.
The boiler is in there and Daisy's big ball, so she's in the huff because I'm not going in for it.

New fence on one side in the garden so until the new one is up, Daisy is on an extending dog lead.
I only bought it yesterday, she doesn't like doing her "business" on a lead so I thought this was a good idea.
