You never keep us updated on any of these matters. It's no good dwelling on your brother, you need to look to getting yourself in a better place mentally and emotionally and you need professional help to do this.

I had an appointment with MIND and Cranston on Friday, the MIND lady was ill and my counsellor did not even bother to ring at the appointed time. :(

Just to reitirate what Digs has said, forget about your brother and focus on yourself and improving things.

The help is there Phil but you've got to reach out for it, nothing will change until you do and yes i am talking from experience.
