The Aunt of the nineteen year old lad who died said he was terrified about going in the Submarine and only went to keep his dad happy for Father's Day.
Such a tragedy, but I suppose when you undertake these crazy things for pleasure, there will always be a risk.
I wonder how long it'll take for the lawsuits to arrive?

Especially now it's been revealed there were countless concerns about the safety of the Submarine.
It's going to bankrupt them.

He told them going down to see the wreckage of the Titanic was safer than crossing the road.
It's all very morbid though, the Titanic should be left alone not gawped at.

The whole venture was folly. I'm not getting the "They were pioneers of research' bit. That's bollocks. They went down there for the thrill of it.

Of course they did, knowing it wasn't safe either. I'm glad they went quick though, and not suffered.

The people who paid for the trip were assured it was safe, I doubt anyone would risk their lives if they believed they could die in such a horrible way.

They were told by others, but the owner said it was safe, so the believed him, sadly.
