I've bought quite a few presents now, stitched cards.
I'm going to start wrapping them up cause a few a day is far better than a bundle on Christmas eve.
Ho ho ho
🎅
Me too lots in bags waiting for wrapping. All put in separate piles then.
I hate the wrapping, considering I am pretty arty in most things, I am absolutely useless at wrapping.

My hands are bad with arthritis so hub does it all. Otherwise they would just be in bags, not wrapped. 😕

I love bags, they camouflage bad wrapping.

I was always the one who left everything to the last minute....and that's when I had a lot more to do. The last couple of years I have started early, made Christmas cards, bought close family pressies (except for OH, he is horrendous to buy for, ideas would be welcome) but so far, I am feeling very pleased with myself.

Maybe something a little different you could both enjoy - a hot air balloon ride, with some champagne (or beers?) on ice?
That’s assuming neither of you have vertigo of course!
NO, NO, NO...
I even feel dizzy when I see someone going up in one on the TV.
Oops - maybe not then!
Lol...I prefer going down rather than up.
I like scuba diving and snorkelling, and obviously Kayaking....though we sold them a couple of years ago.
I remember when I had a pic of me kayaking, you commented that everytime you looked at it you wished it had tipped up.
"I prefer going down rather than up."
It's all coming out now!
Please, no smut in the Christmas thread, if you don't mind.
Where then? 🤭

I put them in wee piles on top of my wardrobe then under the tree.
All except the dog treats and chocolate.
(I will probably have to leave buying the chocolate until Christmas Eve cause I always eat it)

How about an Otamatone for someone you love who is a budding musician maybe?
Available on Amazon.
Here's what they look and sound like...

I am organised apart from OH. It's his birthday this month too, and he is awful to buy for.
I will book a nice meal out at a special place, but I can't wrap that up. So far, when I have asked him for ideas, he has just come up with a lawn mower.

I bought Shorty a snail.
Not a real one obviously but a soft toy you hide treats in and they have to work out how to get them.
Bought myself a swish Christmas jumper on Shein...

When my dad was eighty he got quite a lot of money in gifts and he bought a lawn mower and a door bell!!

They certainly are.
I must have told you about my dad's youngest brother, he bought his wife a set of saucepans for her Christmas.
Steam was coming out her ears, the following year she bought him a hoover!!

I worked in a clothes shop for several years after I left school.
I loved Christmas time, you would get all these harassed men in buying presents for their wives.
If you asked what size she was, they would hold their hands out and say 'about this size'
