I got soaked yesterday when I was out with Shorty.
It was also freezing cold and I was wearing my ear muffs and that meant my hood wouldn't go up!!

You have had it worse than us this none summer....it's been horrible.
Pelting down here now, though apparently we are going to get a dryer warmer week as from tomorrow....though it's usually down south that gets it, whilst further north we just get the same old drab.

After 3 glorious days, the weather has gone windy and much cooler...bits of rain, not much.
Tomorrow is forecast to be the last nice day here...then rain and wind for the foreseeable.

It was lovely before...we started a game of scrabble in the garden, by the time we had finished, I was frozen.
No sun, wind really cold now, and I think we are going to get a storm pretty soon.

I only got home an hour ago which was not the plan.
Nip out do what needed doing and straight home for a lazy day... didn't work out that way.
Whilst out I saw two very different flocks of geese both headed west.
Do they know something about the weather I don't?
A little later sky turns black huge clap of thunder and a massive downpour.
Forecast for the next couple of days is a lot of rain especially Monday so far.
I think winter is going to rush in early and be a very cold one.
Time for pensioners to get their thermals ready.
