That's how it works. The consultant's department deals with you and any follow up and keeps your doctor updated.

Hmmm....
I like talking to my doctor, and my nurse..
And the girls in phlebotomy as they draw my blood..
Do these consultants talk to you about your health, how your feeling. Do they make recommendations?.
Was it a consultant that told you to dial back the vino?

They do that. My blood sugar was 101 this last time. It's usually in the 90s..
My nurse, Ms Sheila, told me to dial back the carbs. We joked about how I like IPAs..

I drink a few a month. I drink more bourbon than anything now.
I also try to stay away from anything with a high glycemic load, so I can have some bourbon..

Sounds nice, the only time I will have lasagne is when we go out to a little Italian...I have never made it myself.
I am torn between chicken Kiev's and sausage with onion gravy. Add broccoli, because even though bought yesterday, it just doesn't last.

Last night we went to a party and I had 3 glasses of wine..Went to dinner and had a beer, and then went to another place and had two bourbons..
So that's 6 just yesterday, and I'm sure I'll have a few today.

Don’t know about in the UK, but the strawberries we’re getting over here these days are the size of golf balls and probably hard enough to shatter glass
I love strawberries, but for now the only way I can eat them is to cut them up, sprinkle with brown sugar, and then leave them to macerate in lemon juice and some Cointreau. Lasts for a few days in the fridge.

Sausage casserole, slow cooker. Cleared out my freezer of half-opened bags of veg etc so adding everything to the casserole. Hopefully it won't taste too bad.
