Ant and Dec adverts or just anytime I have the misfortune to catch a glimpse of them.
I agree, we have been swamped with them for too long now, I went off them when the slightly taller one was seen with his mistress ages before he left his wife in the lurch.
No more Mr nice guy, it's all an act.
I think it's really nasty he won't even let her keep the Labrador they had when they were married.

I have a very sore eye, pity I didn't have two sore eyes and then I would have missed the rugby and football yesterday.
Still these things happen.

I took Shorty out for her morning stroll and met a woman walking two big black dogs.
Like a cross between a Doberman and a Labrador, they tried to get across the road to fight my dog.
What made the situation worse was they were both on extending leads and she couldn't control them and Shorty wouldn't move because she thought they wanted to cross the road to play.
I thought, I might have to use my spray for the first time, you spray it in their eyes.
Thankfully she was distracted by something and no harm done.
The spray is perfectly legal and I hope I never have to use it because I love dogs but my dog is my priority.

So annoying when people have no control on their dogs. One big dog is enough to manage, letalone two. She should take one at a time, bloody stupid woman. Glad Shorty was ok.

Pulling her all over the place, she should take them out one at a time.
I meet a woman with two dogs most days, they're perfectly behaved and Shorty and them play together while we have a chat.
That's the difference between a responsible dog owner and an idiot.

Exactly V. Take control of your own dogs, not let them hurt other dogs. It annoys me.

Those extending leads are a bloody menace. Some are so long the dogs might as well not be on a lead at all.
I think some people use them, so they are that far away from their dogs they can crack on they don't see them crapping on public or private property.

Big signs up round my way "£500 fine if you don't clean up after your dog"
I'm going to put my own sign up underneath it "Bloody enforce it then"
Disgusting it is, all over the pavement.
Bone idle some of those folk with extending leads, I knew someone who would let the lead out as far as possible without actually moving from the spot.
His dog ran about and he stood still, called it a "Good walk"

Careful folks there seems to be a scam email going about from Argos.
I got an email confirming my order for an Air Fryer, I never ordered an Air Fryer.

I avoid Amazon when I can.
Inevitably, every time I order something from them, I get phone calls telling me I am behind with my Prime payments. I don't have Prime.
I have reported this to Amazon, they confirm I owe nothing, but something is connecting my Amazon orders to scammers.
I have heard other people say the same...Amazon should sort it out.

I use paypal to pay for everything....never used Prime in my life, I still get bothered by pretendy Amazon accounts department on the phone.
To be honest, I can't remember giving my tel number to Amazon either....but some scammers have got it from somewhere.
It never happens when I order from anywhere else.

Amazon used to phone me a lot as well, now it's the 'bank' two suspicious transactions this morning at such and such a shop.
Then I got a phone call from immigration saying there was a warrant out for my arrest in America.
"Just press button 2 and we'll discuss it"

Horrible people, always looking to trick people.
My OH had a text a while ago from 'our son', he had lost his mobile, so could dad get in touch with him on his new number, which was.....
He phoned his partner, he hadn't lost his phone...apparently these texts purporting to be from sons are quite common.
Someone got one who had recently lost their only son.

They need to do more to find these people and charge them, they're behaviour is despicable.
They tell you to report the scams, report the phone numbers, I do that but nothing seems to happen because they just continue.
Went to see my Gran once and she had signed up to some charity to make monthly donations, she did it just to get rid of them.
She was about 84 at the time, got it cancelled and told her do not answer the door to anyone but family.

Whether they randomly pick on anyone, or whether they seek out the most vulnerable, they get craftier and craftier. Years ago, someone somehow managed to invade my laptop, disable it, then a message flashed up purporting to be from the Metropolitan police, stating that my internet had been seized because it had been linked to sites containing terrorist activity, child and animal porn.....I must have been very busy.
Thankfully, if I just filled in my card details and sent off a hefty cheque, the Met would release my computer...presumably so I could carry on watching these sites.
