I have known Phil many years, we lost contact because I couldn't give any more energy as my advice was never listened to. He's had more help and support, online and offline, and from professional services than anyone I've ever known but sadly has never taken it.
I know he posts on here, so I'm glad he has support of people here still. Phil, please listen to advice and help now x

Hi Phil, it wasn't so much your phone, we lost contact as I wasn't able to support you anymore as it was taking so much energy and you never took any advice or help I gave over 10 years or so, so I had to put myself first and let go.
I do check in here though that you're still posting, I as do think of you and always hope you've managed to use the help you get to get on track and live some life x
