I know some people collect them, one reason I don't get tired of making them.I actually prefer to give than sell...I would make a useless salesperson.
'Exclusive' is a good word to have as a favourite.
I know you said you prefer to give but I reckon they would sell really well on the likes of Etsy.
Most enjoy and will pay extra for handmade cards particularly as each is a one-off I think making a batch, say in the months leading up to Xmas, emphasise no two cards are the same (which is a great selling point btw…”exclusive“ as Vam mentioned) and “once they’re gone they’re gone” and voila extra funds for your Xmas gift purchases. If you can manage a few per month a decent size batch could be had.
The Americans in particular fall over handmade crafts and seem to love British handicrafts.
I still sell some when my grandsons' fiancé rents a stall at the craft fairs she goes to about 4 times a year, but tbh, I am hopless at organising the selling myself.
When my OH worked, he was a Manchester cabbie, and the Asian drivers used to buy loads, They all wanted birthday cards for their wives and mothers..apparently they loved all the lace and beading.
OH was a pretty good salesman.
They really are good enough to sell Syl x

I don’t drink tea. Throw in a Nespresso machine + a box of capsules, and we’ve got ourselves a deal!

A white Christmas is not predicted for the UK.
Amazingly, Christmas scenes like this have only occurred Five times in the last 65 years.

Oh that's beautiful Syl. Snow always looks clean and Christmassy.
My tree is up, and Santa's around. Hub wanted to do it last weekend. I prefer 1st Dec, but relented as he got the tree out before I woke up lol.

I think it's a bit early, but lots of people seem to be putting their trees up and decorating their houses very early now.
We stick to Dec 15th. It's my sons birthday, and traditionally we have always done them on that day.

Many were up beginning November, far to early tbh. It takes the dairy off Xmas doesn't it.

I am taking advantage of staying in (because I have he worst cold ever) so I have written out ALL my Christmas cards to neighbours friends and family....not the handmade ones but the bought ones....so I am very happy with myself.
I love buying cards for people, I obviously love making them, but I bloody hate writing them all out.
