Well, we are just over the worst of the 2nd peak according to Chief Medical Officer Chris Witty, so there is light at the end of this tunnel at last.
Research is being done as to whether the vaccines can be mixed and matched. If you had the Oxford for a first jab for eg, will protection be similar if you had a different vaccine for the 2nd. If it was as good or even better, this could be a huge help if for any reason supplies run short of one vaccine but not for another.
Forums have talked about the gloom and doom over the last year, not many are mentioning the increasingly hopeful news that is coming out now.

I think social distancing will be with us a while longer, but the more people who are vaccinated the sooner normality willl return.
