I thought this was your thread about fitness and health, I genuinely don't get the video's addressed to mostly elderly women! Exercise is
universally good for genders of all ages .May I ask how old you are? You don't have to give your exact age just boomer or whatever pertains to you.I'm a millennial. I did actually find the first video interesting as gyms can appear intimidating.

I turned 62 a few days ago..
Since it's mostly older women on this page, I post things that would benefit them the most..
I could post videos of men dead lifting 400 pounds. Would that be useful to anyone on here but me?
And while strength training and a good diet is important for all ages and genders, it's towards the end of life when it really starts impacting your healthspan.
Younger folks can get away with a bad diet and no exercise.
For anyone contemplating starting an American football career..

But why bang on about the same thing over and over ad nauseam? It's turned into something that looks like trolling in disguise.

Are you suggesting the men on here are 9 stone weaklings who couldn't knock the skin off a rice pudding?

To be honest, I don't think your videos of women lifting weights is of any interest to anyone but you.

I don't know. Red and Barksdale are the only other men in here anymore. Maybe they lift and I'm not aware of it?.🤷

And to be fair, I do troll people a little who think this stuff is just stupid.
One can say they simply just don't care about doing anything that increases their heathspan. That's a fair position. Much like a smoker who has decided they are going to smoke, regardless of its effects.
But if you take some of the most renowned experts in the field and decide what they are suggesting is stupid, I may mock you. Not because I'm an expert, but they are and you aren't..

I don't think anybody thinks your content is stupid but as the Anon said when you choose specific videos with stereotypical white haired great grannies and say "Its never too late to start," ..It does come across as slight trolling.
I'm 42 so 20 years younger than you but no spring chicken. I found it was easy to be slim in my twenties and thirties and eat what I wanted, now to stay slim I have to cut out all treats apart from on rare occasions. I want to exercise more for health reasons so I do find some of your content interesting. I can't eat dairy produce either

WH's Longevity Redefiners: Experts And Doctors Flipping The Script https://share.google/d8RSDthIs94GAE6LE
Here's quite a list (some of these folks I posted on here) numerous times.
They are female centric because for years many didn't understand women's needs.
They usually considered them small men who should stick to yoga and spin classes. That's all changed..

I don't think enough people listen to what their intuition/mind/emotions is trying to tell them. When you fail to do this, often the mind then takes drastic measures in order to be heard and makes you physically ill.
I've worked as a Reiki healer for 25 years, and I've lost count of the amount of people who's physical ailments have been a result of not tending to their emotions and mental state. I've had many superfit gym goers and even a professional footballer, all with physical problems no doctors could find a cause for and all stemming from their emotions. So, you can certainly keep yourself more healthy with physical exercise and a good diet but you also need to attend to your emotions and thought processes too.
When my knees first kicked off some years ago, I got sent to a high falutin' specialist consultant. He told me I had arthritis and to live with it. I told him I had torn meniscus in both knees. He told me I was wrong. I sought a second opinion, got a scan, and it was torn meniscus in both knees. I know my body better than anyone.
Gabrielle has a PhD and is in her mid 40s. She is mentioned in my previous link of experts.
I have posted links and videos to her before..

Stress is an inflammation trigger. Inflammation causes joint problems as well as a myriad of others.
It is all tied together.
Peter Attia has an entire chapter in his book about mental health and how his was impacting his physical health..
But conversely, you're not going to be as healthy as you could, by simply having the right attitude and sitting on your ass.

I don't want to build muscle though that lady looks fantastic. I'm slim and people assume you have to be large to be unhealthy. That's not necessarily true, I want to exercise more but a gym it is just too intimidating for me right now. I have had tests done and all my cholesterol levels at al are fine which is good.
Don't think your content is dull to others, it isn't , I think more tips about what to eat rather than just exercise would be helpful for me personally but it's not my thread, it's yours,!

Ah well that's very true. If you fall into mental decline self care takes last place and exercising and healthy eating just slip off the radar. If people are so depressed they cannot function doctors give them anti depressants out like sweets, treating the symptom but not the underlying cause. People are not allowed to.be sad in commercial society, it is never considered that the world itself filled with lonely people having superficial exchanges could be a legitimate reason to be unhappy and Medications may not be needed.
Medications interfere terribly with health, the side effects of anti depressants for example cause significant weight gain and a sluggish digestive system which is hardly going to make anyone feel.better. The state of the digestive system is a very accurate indicator of whether someone is truly healthy or not.
Never too old to start..
