I received a letter from Reform today telling me why I should vote for them - there are some interesting stats in there.
At the current immigration rate, we will receive another 2 million under Starmer's watch, and a new house will need to be built every 2 minutes to keep up with them.
Now that Starmer is on a mission to rent free homes for them, there is every chance that the immigration rate will increase once the word gets out.
He seems to have completely overlooked that native Brits need to buy and rent homes as well.

I wonder how many houses will be rented out in areas these useless bastards live in.
The opposite problem in Japan. It's going to be very interesting to see how it plays out there.
Of course we will need to live 30 more years with our wits about us to know..

Exactly and the tax payer will be paying for them!
What about our own who need houses, people with kids living in flats, they should be first in line!
I detest Starmer 😠

Jeez … is Starmer also on a mission to incite yet more anti-immigrant/muslim resentment? It seems he hasn’t thought this proposed policy through too well.

Rachel Reeves is under investigation again for not declaring free theatre tickets on time. A huge embarrassment for the government on the eve of the local elections.
"Tory MP Gareth Davies last night told the Mail: 'This is yet another embarrassment for a Chancellor hooked on handouts and hopelessly out of her depth."
The Mail says she is under investigation for 'freebie addiction'

He's another one hopelessly out of his depth
I had to turn PMQs off yesterday as he was reeling out a list of his own percieved successes in his nasally whining voice. He was still bigging himself up about 'smashing the gangs' LoL

Can’t stand the guy - mediocre, middle-management vibe, at best. And that’s me being charitable.

Surely not the Muslim gangs who raped and groomed young kids...the ones he had no knowledge of when he was head of the CPS.

I don't think he'll go anywhere near the rape gangs - he's got it in his head that he's still doing a good job 'smashing the gangs' that are bringing people across the Channel.
He mentioned it just a few days after record numbers of illegals were announced. I'm beginning to think he might be mentally ill

He is delusional. These idiots who are running the country must think people have no means to check facts and figures.

We know that all politicians are economical with the truth and just 'say things' that they think people want to hear, but this lot are the worst I can ever remember. Also, being against a backdrop of economical and social disarray, it makes their obvious lies all the worse - it has now ventured into 'taking the piss' territory.
Look at Reeves again and her latest freebies investigation. It is being put down to yet another 'admin error'. I think you can give someone the benefit of the doubt if they use that excuse once, but not over and over like she has.

Reform overturn a massive Labour majority and take Runcorn in the by-election, albeit just by 6 votes.
What I find strange is that while Farage went to Runcorn three times and campaigned alongside his local candidate, Starmer didn't go once. I'm sure even he could have swayed 7 people to vote Labour, but he didn't bother. it was just the one by-election, it's not as if he had other places to visit.
It's the first time in 60 years that a Labour government has lost a by-election within a year of coming into power.
It will take a few days for the dust to settle, but it will be interesting to see what the fallout will be.

How come only a small section of the country has had the chance to vote?

Yeah, Manchester were excluded. Something to do with councillors already having been elected and the four year rule? We have one next year.

Loads of our councillors have been suspended, we could have done with a good clean out.

London didn't get any votes either. Didn't Starmer stop them or was that false information.

Starmer's reaction to Labour's drubbing at the ballot box "Yes I get it, the results were disappointing but it shows the public want me to make more changes, make them faster, and go deeper with them" Wtf?
No mate, it shows that the public want you to stop what your'e doing, pack your bags and fuck off asap.
The doorstepping in Runcorn showed that the main issues were winter fuel, PIP, and immigration. He hasn't said a word about any of that, that he's made mistakes or a hint of a change of direction. Nothing.
Meanwhile, Farage marches on and has vowed to 'put an end to wokery'.
He has also upset a union (who gives a shit?) by saying "employees of the local authority working on climate change, diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) initiatives or wishing to work from home ‘better all be seeking alternative careers very, very quickly’."
Go Nige!

The next PM is predicted to be.....Nigel Farage.
I think this was bound to happen, given the catastrophe this present government has made, and will still make in the next three plus years, and given the fact that the Cons have lost all trust, IF Farage is still around, I think Britain will have the biggest political and social upheaval since the 1920's.
