Throw going back on bed for tonight. It’s like not knowing whether you’re Arthur or Martha.

Miserable here yesterday, such a change from the last week or so.
I had a touch of nostalgia on Saturday and took Shorty on a walk to the street I grew up in.
I don't think there is anyone left from when we lived there.
Still it was nice to see the place.
😥

Sometimes it's nice to revisit, other times not so much.
I once took my mum back to where we were rehoused to in the 1970's. It was a lovely area when we first went, went we went back...it had all been demolished.

Miserable day today, the afternoon went dark early and hasn’t stopped raining since.

Most places from my childhood are gone.
Both schools demolished, maternity hospital knocked down.
My old house nearly went too.
Someone set it on fire a few years after we left, seems the folk who moved in after us were rather dodgy and stepped on the wrong toes.

It happens to me as well, either too big or too wee.
I must put an Easter one up too.

I see you found a very suitable one. x
Off to shop for a cooker...the weather is sunny and not as cold as expected. Better than they forecast.

It seems to be brightening up here. In any case, rain or shine, the washing will be going out for a few hours.

My heating is on every morning, just for an hour, then in the evening, from one to 3 hours, depending on how chilly it gets.
