I'm not preaching, but not all oil is the same, and roasting is far different than frying.
Olive oil is healthier than butter..
Roasting is healthy, frying not so much..
And, I know you don't give two shits about your food in terms of health. And your food choices are made around what makes you happy. Nothing wrong with that unless you try to claim your more unhealthy choices are actually healthy.
Go eat donuts for breakfast..Just don't declare them healthier than eggs or yogurt..

We don't have Jersey potatoes but we have all sorts of new or baby potatoes.
I try not to eat them often, but I've done something like this in the past..

I eat very healthily, probably a lot more than you do. I can make a meal out of olives, hummus, virgin olive oil and balsamic dip...lovely.
It's years since I ate a 🍩....and never for breakfast.

That meal you just described is woefully low in protein..
It would be good with some lamb chops though..
And I didn't say you ever ate donuts, but if you do, don't declare them to be healthy..

That's one way to do it. Do you know how much protein you have to eat in one meal to make up for very little in another meal?
Are you going to eat a half pound of ground meat 5 eggs and a bowl of legumes for two other meals to make up the difference?

Doubt it.
Maddog, I admire your dedication to food, and I'm sure you concentrate a lot more than I do about the pro's and con's of each meal, but I am curious as to why you are considerably overweight?

I'm not considerably overweight. My body fat percentage is fine. Physically can outperform probably 90% of men my age. Do I look like Jimmy Carr? Nope, and I sure don't want to.
Now, have I been too fat and out of shape in the past?
Guilty..
And I'm not dedicated to food. I'm informed about nutrition..

Why Jimmy Carr....he is hardly the epitome of the perfect specimen of man, and even if he was, his laugh alone would spoil it.

I don’t mind reading/heeding advice from someone who is practicing what they preach but to be overweight and continually ‘educating’ folks about healthy eating is farcical. Reminds me of “Little Britain’s“ Marjorie Dawes.

Really?
So the veracity of a statement is based on the appearance of the person making it.
Or citing evidence from reliable sources becomes less reliable based on who posts them?.
While we're at it..........
How reps of 250 pounds can you bench press slugger?.
When was the last time you rode a bike 40 miles?.

Yes…when a tranny mtf lectures women on how to be women, when an overweight lectures others how to control their daily die…their appearance matters.
The alpha male flexing doesn’t work with me mate. You’re still overweight, your own admission, perhaps look up some sites for advice?

Couscous with red kidney beans, tuna and onions…quick, cheap and filling even though it is as boring as hell.

Gave birth, survived long-term domestic abuse, beat a life threatening illness…yeah I’m as weak as pee, with not a bench press to my name. And not overweight either.
