And he has no appreciation for any of this, he just thinks he deserves more. And no respect for the time so many people have personally given trying to help him over the years with advice that he just ignores.

Yes, me and several others I know of who met him on Digital Spy Forum. And probably other forums. I'm not sure if any of the others are also here. There was another anonymous poster saying similar before but that wasn't me.
