  I meant the barrel...so the rain water is collected to water gardens.

People whe tend to garden a lot have them here, especially if they have water meters.

 The problem is, we don't get enough rain to fill them when we need water..

I have an in ground lawn sprinkler for my yard..Catching water might get you enough water to water some flowers for  a few weeks..

Good news for you...it's getting cooler, and some well needed rain is forecast for the end of next week.

I am praying this isn't the end of the good weather, hopefully summer will bring us some more hotness.

We took everything out (crossword, drafts, breakfast, cushions....sat down, froze for 5 minutes, carted everything back in again.
Hopefully it'll warm up in an hour or two.

We can't complain, it's been glorious for weeks, sadly set to break in a couple of days.
