As a brief aside from weightlifting, there was talk in another thread about arse-modification being the latest fashion trend. It seems that the latest idea being pushed to the gullible by social media 'influencers' is that women should give themselves fake tan lines - and, yup you guessed it - not to use sunscreen because it gives you skin cancer.
The fashion industry has even got in on the act - here's the latest from the London fashion week.
What a bizarre world we live in.

I take it she was modelling that, erm, outfit on the catwalk?
There was a bloke who, gatecrashing, donned a shower cap and a large clear plastic bag and sashayed on the runway until escorted off…his “outfit” not only outshone this but I bet there were a few buyers sitting there eager to buy.

For those with limited resources or gym access, the Charles Atlas method has been achieving success since the 1920s - it's still available so you too can become a real man and win over the ladies.

Didn't Charlie die from a heart attack while exercising?

At 80, while still exercising. Probably could have made 100 with modern medicine and what we now know about diet..

Perhaps could have made 100 if he'd stopped exercising

Have the pages gone on this thread? It just says first to last. Had it always been this way and I'm losing my marbles,?
Anyway I was just going to reply to a post that I thought I saw!I do watch some of the videos but don't always comment. I would like to know more about diet as I'm slim but get bloated but Maddog does prefer his exercise video's! I did do squats for er four days. Then my motivation waned.

I think after a number of pages it does that You just have to go back a page at a time..
Exercise isn't always fun. It's like doing laundry. Something that is just part of your life..

Doubtful. He died of heart disease and exercise is the best thing you can do to prevent that.
He just may have been genetically predispositioned, or his diet sucked. Without exercise he would have likely died far sooner like most men born in the 19th century..

Doubtful. That was a more of a luxury.
More like too much disease and accidents.
Medicine was pretty primitive.
Everyone should be taking some creatine..
It's cheap and basically has no downside. On the upside it's good for your muscles and your brain..
Who says Americans don't do irony?
