I didn't know he'd been rescued from Romania.
Shorty had a terrible start in life, I think that's why i spoil her so much.
When I got her she was eight weeks old and had conjunctivitis, blood in her poo and a hip problem.
Thankfully the first two have gone away but to fix her hip, it will cost thousands in an operation and i can't afford it.
I just have to buy pain relief medicine when it flares up.
The breeder was raided by the police and Scottish SPCA not long after I got Daze and lost his licence and business.
Some dogs were rescued, others had to be put to sleep.

Aww bless her.
Teddy was rescued from the street by animal rescue in Romania. He was small, just few weeks old. They gave him his injections, cared for him, then when about month or so out him up for adoption. My daughters guided her to the site by a friend. His name was already Teddy as he was just a ball of fur. She was well better before she paid £400 to adopt him. They brought him all the way from Romania to her door. He has a passport and had to pass our laws to be allowed in.
Now he's massive. He's part Carpathian, we reckon German shepherd, and I reckon a splatter of wolf too. He's the best thing that happened to my daughter. She was very low, and he needed love. They needed eachother really, and are inseparable now.
Aww, thank you ladies and JD for the birthday wishes… I’ve been truly spoiled, had a lovely weekend, wined/dined etc! …. I hope yours was a good one too, Vita! …….. a year older, and deffo wiser!

He's a beautiful looking dog, great animals and great companions.
Jack was a big dog, Daze is tiny in comparison.
Zoe was in between, all different in nature.
I would have half a dozen dogs if i could.
