"We know that Kate loves to keep healthy with a balanced diet full of home-cooked meals, antioxidant-rich smoothies and nutritious ingredients, but what do we know about her workout routine?
The royal has been known to incorporate a generous amount of weight training into her lifestyle and is said to prefer working out without the help of a personal trainer."
She does the work and it shows Not only in her looks but I guarantee she's mama bear strong..💪

Yes, she does do a lot of things including Crossfit (the "and more" part)..
As everyone should.
I don't understand why you are so hostile to what is so clearly understood now.
Did someone drop a barbell on your foot?
No....I just think your 'all roads lead to Rome' attitude that heavy lifting and extreme exercise is the only way to go....is a bit silly.
First of all, I've never suggested extreme exercise. More power to Kate for doing it. I've done CrossFit and it's even too extreme for me. It's a young person's activity (although they have a seniors division)..
As for heavy lifting, that's not my road. That's the road of all the medical research..
It's not even debatable at this point unless you simply ignore all of the data because it doesn't confirm your biases..

This is the kind of "other" Kate is doing..
The problem with CrossFit is that many workouts are timed and people push their pace. That's how you get hurt, especially when you're older.
People that do it, just accept injury as part of the process. Younger folks heal up pretty quick. Me, not so much..

Some of the videos you post do show extreme excercises.
If you can't do these things yourself, you, a fit 60 odd year old man, how is it expected that women even older, should be doing them?
Incidentally, I went to the gym for years, it was part of the way I kept fit....I am certainly not biased against any form of getting/staying healthy, my point is there are many other ways, without gym/heavy lifting/extreme exercises, etc....of keeping fit and God willing healthy.

Nothing I posted is extreme.
If I can't do an excercise well, it's because I haven't trained properly, not my age..
I have posted things that would challenge people, which is sort of the point..

Having good legs is as much down to good genes (and a sensible diet) as exercise imo. There's plenty of women around with great legs who have never lifted anything heavier than a pair of Jimmy Choos.
Jack Grealish, who's legs women swoon over apparently, also says it's down to genes and not exercise - and he should know, his calves have got their own calender!

Nothing is extreme? The opening pic alone on the vid you posted on page 44, looks like the poor girl is deformed she is so stretched out, I watched 2 minutes of her waffling, and decided she was quite mad.
If I, and I suspect most women, tried to follow her advice, I think the main challenge would be to be seen at the nearest A&E department.

It's just that western people have lost their ability to remain flexible as they age because we use chairs too much..

Did you know Kate did CrossFit?
I think you'll find that your comment is true for younger women.
As they age, they need to put in the work to keep those legs..

He's in the gym all of the time to protect his assets, his legs

I don't even know what crossfit is, let alone whether Kate does it or not.
Obvioulsy exercise strengthens and tones legs so there is a lot of good in it, but I think the shape of legs as in 'shapely' is more hereditary than exercise based. Like the shape of your head or your nose is
