So is trying to make everything that happens in the world from.burning your toast this morning to Epping Police losing a criminal..somehow Kier Starmer 's fault! It's pathetic and the same desperate tactics are being echoed by the leader of the opposition. This is the fault of Epping Police, not Starmer.
He will be accused of being on the grassy knoll next..
Fault is with the prison services.
“ Keir Starmer said Kebatu "must be caughtand deported for his crimes".“
I agree with both statements.
What's weird is he didn't make a dash to escape but remained in front of the prison for 90 MINUTES because he didn't know what to do. He kept going back inside the police station asking where to go!
A police officer even had a look at his files ffs and instructed him to go to train station
This could only happen in Britain!

Totally different type of Immigrants. The long history of Irish emigration has created strong connections abroad, encouraging return migration and attracting descendants of Irish emigrants. Nearly 50% of non-Irish residents come from other EU countries. The majority of Immigrants come from EU nations, with significant numbers from countries like Poland, Lithuania, and the Czech Republic. Many are welcomed to study at Irish educational institutions.
Ireland also needs migrant workers. Many sectors, especially healthcare, technology, and construction, are actively looking for skilled workers.: The country benefits from migration to fill gaps in the Labour market, particularly in areas like nursing and engineering.
Also Trump is causing people to flee to Ireland !
Recent political dynamics, particularly in the United States, have influenced migration trends. The election of Donald Trump in 2024 saw a notable increase in the number of people moving from the U.S. to Ireland, with immigration from the U.S. doubling over a year.
Ukrainian Refugee Influx: Following the conflict in Ukraine, Ireland accepted a large number of Ukrainian refugees, nearly 68,000 under the EU's Temporary Protection Directive.
However, Ireland can send immigrants back to their country of origin while they process their claims. Due to Brexit and more specifically the Dublin Convention that Farage failed to tell voters about the UK has to accept ,house, feed, clothe and pay a weekly allowance to everyone who arrives via small boat whilst their claim is being processed. With the Tory backlog this could take at least 6 months.

Let’s face it there is a mindset out there that blames women for the clothes they were wearing, seen as flirty, them being drunk, travelling home alone aka “asking for it”…hell, there’s paedos that have blamed toddlers for seducing them.
Years ago I know but look at the attitude of the police/judicial system when Peter Sutcliffe was murdering women, “the attorney general at the time, Sir Michael Havers, said of the victims: “Some were prostitutes, but perhaps the saddest part of the case is that some were not. The last six attacks were on totally respectable women.”
Many rape cases and lenient sentencing has had me screaming inside over the years. One case that has stuck with me for a while is that of Brock Turner (USA) whose father pleaded that his son “should not have been jailed for "20 minutes of action“. (That “20 minutes of action” was his son sexually abusing an unconscious woman). It wasn’t just the fact of what that nonce did but the attitude of his father and that of the judge. The judge handed down a 6 month sentence despite the prosecutor wanting 6 years state imprisonment…the judge expressed concern about the impact of prison on Turner, the father voiced the “inconvenience” of his son being put on the sex register.

i commend the bravery of the young girl going public, can’t have been easy. I’d like to think the publicity would muster up a revised heavier sentence but considering he was initially acquitted and it was the Court of Appeal that actually sentenced him I doubt anything will change but I would love to be proved wrong.

If a woman is raped, it's never her fault, but some women get very annoyed if it's pointed out that women should protect themselves as best they can.

They should, and some of the pathetic sentences when they are found guilty of rape, are disgraceful.
But I have never heard of a case where, because the rape was quick, cut short, whatever....the act was not considered an exceptionally serious offence.

Man saw Kebatu at bus stop and tipped off Met Policepublished at 11:36
11:36
The Met Police has shared more information on how they came to rearrest convicted sex offender Hadush Kebatu.
They say they were called at 08:03 GMT by a member of the public who had seen a man believed to be Kebatu at a bus stop near Finsbury Park Station.
Numerous officers were then deployed to carry out a search of the area.
At 08:19 GMT, officers spotted a man matching Kebatu's description inside the park - a short distance from the entrance opposite Finsbury Park Road.
They confirmed this man was Hadush Kebatu and arrested him at around 08:30 GMT for being unlawfully at large.
