The womenfolk here must be counting their lucky stars they've got someone to show them not only how to cook their dinners and what exercises they have to do, but also the right way to walk a dog.
I don't currently have a dog right now, but I still watch this guy. While I already knew most of what he teaches, I've still learned a bit more from him..
I hope this mild observation won’t trigger anyone.
But am I sensing this guy might have some breathing issues? 😳
Too much haggis?

You are a very lucky lot.
I know. I'm tearing up even thinking about it
That's the great thing about living in a modern world with so much information available.
People can cry tears of joy knowing they can stay so informed..😎

Why? Does he live in Scotland?
He does seem to need a portable oxygen tank though. Which could be awkward when trying to keep the dog’s lead ‘loose’ during ‘pack migration’.

I guess he lives near Syl. Those northern accents sound Scottish to me at times. Or maybe he is Scottish?. 🤷
I have no idea why you think he needs an oxygen tank..
He has been overweight in the past. He's dropped a little recently.

My only dogged belief is in facts. I don't do the research, but I do present it. And for some reason, it's met with hostility.
The same researchers that talk about the importance of a good diet, talk of the benefits of weight training.
It appears people want to pick and choose their version of the facts.
Do you have any advice on how to build healthy interpersonal relationships? I've heard this is something that can improve one's well being.

It's also been said that men who are married feel like they live forever. 😎

"Numerous studies conducted over the past 150 years suggest that marriage is good for health. More recently, scientists have begun to understand why married men enjoy better health than their single, divorced, and widowed peers."

That's well documented. While married men complain about their wives, they generally keep their husband's alive a few more years.
And if the wife goes first, most men don't last long..Women can go on for years without their husband..

That being said, gay men generally have lower divorce rates than straight men.
So maybe the trick for men is to find a good husband? 😉

You need some weight in the back to balance out those sweater puppies. Don't want you looking like The Hunchback.

Chill, AB….
For Maddog and Barksdale.
