I fed them gut piles of dead deer, but it's what they like. I consumed the more edible parts my self.
And, I have wounded one deer that got away. They got to enjoy the whole animal that time.
That would haunt me if I shot an animal and it ran off to suffer and die in pain.

It doesn't haunt me, but it's one reason I don't bow hunt. I like dispatching an animal quickly and an arrow just won't do that
But on the other hand, non humans and nature don't dispatch them very quickly either.
So, as a human I have to make sure I do a bit better than a random animal that pays no mind to what animal it kills or the manner in which it dies.

For eating animals?
Karma is going to be busy.
Are you sure Karma doesn't go after the hypocrites?

We have plenty of Buzzards. Come borrow some of ours. They are nasty birds anyway.
There’s nasty people.... would you shoot them too?
The are beautiful as every animal is in it's own way and they fulfill a vital ecological role.
Unlike humans who are poisoning/destroying the planet in so many ways.
If aliens were looking down on us I have no doubt as to who they would think is the 'nasty' species.

The modern mental ilness of hating your own species no wonder you're such a miserable bastard.

Pretty wings, a body out of a nightmare.
I just heard spiders can fly and some can travel up to 100 miles.
Now if that is supposed to make me feel some sort of admiration for them it hasn't...it just makes them scarier,

Looking lovely my little pooch now she's had a trim.
