I have eaten a heaped teaspoon of honey more or less everyday for years.
Usually on or in breakfast.
Can be bought in chemists in tubes to aid wound healing so it is more than just sugars.
I recently came across this fascinating little video...
If Honey Has Sugar in it, HOW is it So HEALTHY for You?
That's another guy i watch. I stopped eating honey when i stopped eating oatmeal, but i think its a good natural sweetner like most fruit.
In small amounts anyway.

I'm not keen on really thick scones....to bready for me. But I do like them with clotted cream. Have you tried using Golden Syrup instead of jam? It's truly heavenly.

Just about anything!
There are thousands of recipes online as well.
Wife got book of hundreds.
On youtube I've seen some great ham egg cheese toasties loads of snack stuff... that's all together cooked all at once.
First meal we cooked was chicken legs and spuds done at the same time.
We then added peas and mashed carrots from the pans on the hob.
7.2 litre we got.
When I say we I...haven't used it myself yet.
Chips are the best ever cook a chicken or lumps cow or pig whatever really.

I like it because its simple.
I put two chicken breasts in mine last night.
A little avocado oil, spices and throw them in there for 20 minutes and it's done. You dont have to watch them, flip them, stir them or whatever..

Eggs, mushrooms, spinach, ground beef, cottage cheese, avocado and hot sauce.
And probably a gigantic picture. 😎
Not any more.

I had two white fish fillets and a bag of steam fresh vegetables last night.
Birdseye Steam-Fresh.
£3 for one bag or £4 for two with my Tesco clubcard.
I saved £10:85 in there yesterday.

Just had avocado, nutty salad and steamed mussels for lunch. I love this kind of food but my husband doesn't. He's pie and mash type of guy. But the annoying thing is he's not fat and never gets fat and probably never will. If I ate what he did, I'd be like a sumo.

Same in our house re food.
I could live on fih, chicken, salads, tapas type foods, and I eat lots of fruit.
OH likes pies, chips, rag puddings (his favourite) foods I find too stodgy and filling. I do eat bread and drink wine, which he seldom does, and I do force-feed him salads occasionally....so I suppose it balances out.

I will cook a dinner or eat out at a carvery now and again, I can't have been married 50 years (almost) without a little bit of give and take regarding mealtimes.
