I won't be sending many Christmas cards this year, just my nearest and dearest.
Poppy Scotland want £4.50 to send a poppy.
There in Glasgow and I'm in Greater Glasgow and that is ridiculous and greedy!!

Me and my Ozzie friend stopped posting cards last year. They either never arrived, no matter how early they were sent, or arrived in January. Very expensive aswell.
I will only be sending a few now as well. One to a special friend, and a couple more. The rest I will give out.
The greedy Post office has outdone itself. I know many not posting cards anymore.

That's what I'll be doing Mags.
I'll hand most of them out cause I'll see most of them near Christmas, just a few to get posted and I won't be sending any parcels in December.
I've been let down too often.

Have you got much still to get Mags, I'm almost down now.

Aye, 'Advent - calendar ' in great big print on the side.
I've just to get my brother his present, I've got him wee surprises but he'll tell me what book of DVD he wants soon.
Oh and the chocolates, best leave them to Christmas eve of I'll scoff them.

Those Roses plastic boxes are less than half the size they used to be.
I have an old tin one I keep craft odds and ends in....it's massive.

You can buy boxes of the purple ones, they seem to be everyone's favourite.
I bought my last Christmas pressie today...apart from OH's, still no idea on what to get him.
I bought some nice Christmas paper that boasted it can with free ribbon.
Bloody string that's not ribbon.
I'm going to give something to charity and have decided to donate some bales of hay for the donkeys at an animal sanctuary.
Well I pay for them, I don't parcel them up and send them down from Scotland.
Oh that's a good idea V. What a nice thing to do.
That's a lovely cause to donate to Vita. x
Thanks Ladies x
You even get a wee certificate and calendar.
First Class stamps are £1.65
