The upper arms are a little too … sinewy ?? …for my liking. But hey, at least they’re not saggy.
Given Dawg’s near-meltdown when I used the word ‘toned’ in one of my rare posts in this thread, I expect he’ll say I’m not using ‘sinewy’ in the right context either.
Btw, Syl, on the subject of age - did you see the Jane Fonda vid I posted in the trump thread earlier today?

She said those arms can do 10 pull ups..That's quite a feat for any woman of any age.
Sinewy would indicate a lack of fat. It's an odd way to describe someone who keeps their body fat in a healthy range, but I'll allow it..👍

I did Vam, Hanoi Jane is still speaking her mind politically.
I have always liked her, the last interview I saw was when she was sat with Robert Redford, discussing the films they made together when they were young and the one they had just finished together. She looked lovely, and Robert Redford would have looked great had he lived to be 100.
The vid you posted, the camera was close up, it's obvious she has had loads done, but her spirit is as strong as ever...for 87 years old, she is fabulous.

Physically she has held up. Mentally she doesn't get it. Living on a bubble for 50 years probably hasn't helped..

Mentally I think she is all there, just looking at it from a different perspective.
Like JKR said about Emma Watson, they live in a cosseted world, not much idea of what ordinary people....which is 99% of people, go through.

The further right the right goes, the further left the left goes. It's like a see-saw trying to stay in equilibrium. But it leaves a giant hole in the middle filled with normal people, who go unheard - drowned out by the constant noise coming from both extremes.

Her perspective is bothersome to me.
She has taken good care of her body..I'll give her that..

And then some!! Also, her aesthetic surgeons must be among the best in the business.
Can’t believe she’s 87!

I saw her do the catwalk at a L'Oréal fashion show, she walks brilliantly, in heels too.

"Here, there is no miracle pill—the only “medicine” proven to improve mitochondrial function is exercise, and especially strength training. Just as a cell phone battery lasts for hours when it’s new but loses its ability to hold a charge, the same thing happens with mitochondria—as we age, we may wake up with energy, but feel exhausted by mid-morning. Thus, we must keep our mitochondria as healthy as possible.

No, not got a backside like a poopdeck, thank God.
The lowest divorce rates are gay men, then heterosexual couples with the highest rates being lesbians.
Now, I'm not saying women are the problem...but women are the problem
Speaking of boobs a genius engineer has invented a bra that keeps them firmly in place and not bounce when a woman walks.
He was last seen being chased down the road by a gang of angry men...
I've always wondered why blokes are so smitten with boobs. When you consider their real function, it's kind of baffling.
I honestly was going to say 65.
A fit looking well maintained 65.
Well, men never really say how old we think a woman is.
Not smart men anyway..
Very wise
Me too!

She looks great, her training has paid off, great physique. Good for her.

I wouldn't recommend this for anyone on this forum. I just giggled at the commentary.
