I'm crocheting like mad for a dog charity in Romania. So far raised £100 and I only started yesterday.
🐾 Well done Digs!! 🐾
My daughter rescued a Carpathian from Romania before xmas. He was a puppy stuck in the street. He's still puppy but oh so loved. He's staying with me later as my daughter is going on holiday. They vaccinated him and brought him over to my daughter's house. Cost £400. He's got a great life now.
You'll need eyes on the back of your head Mags, pups love getting up to mischief. Great fun though. I love dogs. I would have a dozen if i could. Daisy is getting a " Doughnut collar" later to stop her licking her itchy toes. I'll be in the bad books!!😂
Lol V. He's into everything. Turnaround and his got something else in his mouth. Makes me laugh although I do get fed up trying to chase him. 😂😂
I was exhausted when I first got Daisy. She was only eight weeks old and a tiny wee pup. Sneaked under a unit one time. This unit is only about 2 inches of the ground and hid there while I panicked because i couldn't find her. 😂
There was an article in my magazine about Jimmy Savile and it said he cheated in some of the marathons he ran it. Apparently he ran the first mile was picked up by car and driven to the last mile and rejoined the race.

That wouldn't surprise me one bit.
My OH was a black cab driver. Every year they dressed the cabs up and took handicapped kids from various care homes to Blackpool for the day out.
For a time (till they got sick of him and replaced him) Saville led the parade...sat in a flashy open top car, waving and being the big showman to the people who lined the streets.
As soon as we got to Blackpool, he would disappear till it was time to go home....all show.
Twat.

He was repulsive, outside and inside. It's just a pity he wasn't jailed for all the abuse he carried out.

The huge cover up ensured he died still thinking he was a national treasure.
Sickening.

Yeah, he has that effect Mags.
He always did....yet still, whilst he was alive, he got away with all his crimes.
A view from a plane of what was voted Scotland's greatest 'Man-Made Wonder'
361 ft high and 8,094 ft long.
At it's peak 4,500 men worked it and 80 men were killed during the building and construction of it.
It is of course...The Forth Bridge.

My cousin is doing an Iron man challenge today for charity.
2.4 mile swim
112 bicycle ride
26.22 run
He did a triathlon last month, I suppose he wanted a bigger challenge.

All let you know how he gets on.

Max the Russian Dog has swapped sides and is now helping to save Ukrainian lives.
The Russians left him to starve to death at the side of the road, however soldiers from the Ukrainian Army found him and nursed him back to health.
Talking of dogs in Ukraine...
A Jack Russell who has sniffed out more than 200 mines was recently given a medal along with other heroes at a ceremony hosted by President Zelensky.

He never suffered like his victims did - repulsive.
In my experience much of this world is nothing more than a cesspool and the most evil people have a great life whilst the good suffer or die young.

A Scottish woman who won £148 million on the Euro Lottery says she regrets going public and only did it because she was worried her two young children might blab.
She also said the couple who won the huge fortune last week will find out who their real friends are now.

My mother was away seeing him that plays "Winston" in Still Game last week.
Apparently he was as funny as toothache and it was £6 for a signed photo and £4 for a selfie with him.
