She's a narcissist. I don't care what her dad has said to the press, you don't not visit family when they've had a stroke and could die anytime.
Damn right Digs - any family that disowns one of their own at their lowest point is the scum of the earth.
My pause for thought is similar that old saying, you never realise what you had until you lose it all.
Spent my last £10 on 'Meditations' by Marcus Aurelius the other week - money well spent.
JD.
Sometimes someone has to hit rock-bottom before they change their destructive ways, family who keep propping them up, in a way delays that family member's recovery.

Andy Goram has taken a turn for the worse and will be admitted to a hospice this week.
The doctors are saying four weeks now.
Only 58 years old.

There is a vast difference between not propping someone up and a brother deliberately totally destroying someone's life as soon as they feel it is safe to do so and hoping they would die within a month and laughing about it to other relatives

Folk are actually flying in from Spain, America and Canada for Harry Styles concert tonight.
Some have been queuing since yesterday morning.
It's his first ever stadium concert and the first concert at Ibrox in 20 years.
Beautiful stadium!!
I've been for the football obviously but was also treated to my dinner on a significant birthday.
I have a significant birthday next year, I'm already dropping hints about my gifts!! 😇

Thank you Syl but I don't have access to a laptop very often for obvious reasons. My old laptop is back in my old home in Hull and using my old Email does not work for some reason and also having had my phones stolen several times I have lost all details and contacts which is terrible - not that any of my so called family ever try to contact me - Dad would be horrified and so would mam if she knew who she was now.
I do hope to read the messages people have sent here one day.
Take care everyone. X

This is not a man ready to accept responsibility for where he is in life.
It's sad.

If you don't know the full full facts (and you have no idea) don't comment or judge - just go and shoot something instead.
Full stop.

I know that no one is responsible for another man except the one he sees in the mirror.
Nothing changes that.
There are people that have no family. No one to help them. Or in many cases, no one to enable them or no one to blame.
Stop expecting help from your family. Rely on your self and go get some help.

He's smart. That's a gift. Yet he refuses to realize that he is the only man that can save him.
Someone has enabled him to the point that he believes others are the cause and the cure for his suffering..
Every post alludes to this.

Fury and Anderson and Stokes for me. X
Very interesting but "Scotland's People" website only goes back to 1855.
I found one set of Great-Great-Great-Grandparents yesterday.
Of course my mum's side of the family are from Northern Ireland so I need to see if they have an equivalent to the Scottish one.
My mother was "Helping" me a few days ago with someone.
He was called Guy or Gavin she said, turns out he was called Donald.
🙄
