I always was sad over that clip as no one turned up to his party 😣.
He was very funny, but his films were very poignant too.

Often fun is found from sadness, Norman Wisdom was another one. He could make sad situations very funny.

He was a lovely man by all accounts. He used to come into Manchester Airport a lot when my OH worked from there. He would come out the big glass doors pretending to trip up, then giggle like he did. He just wanted to make people laugh....everyone appreciated his humour, exactly the same on screen and off.

Oh and talking of Scotland...
Rangers are off to Hampden to play our home games while Ibrox gets renovated.
Who would have thought added 600 extra seats would cause all this trouble!!

I was hoping to go to the hairdressers tomorrow but it's 'Fair Monday' and the hairdressers is closed.
The Fair Fortnight is a long tradition here where companies would close for two weeks so the workers could go 'Doon the watter' Ayr usually to the seaside.
They should have arrived within 5 working days. The item was tracked, and it packed and dispatched by the company on the day I ordered. It was posted 2nd class Royal Mail.
Three days later it was 'on the way'...then suddenly nothing ,Tracking unavailable. 10 days after I ordered, a completely different courier delivered it.
So do Royal Mail pass their deliveries onto someone else now?

They are bloody useless.
We don't have that tbh, but maybe they are subbing it out to.other couriers. So damned annoying.

It's new to me too Mags, but the parcel started off as second class Royal Mail, and ended up arriving by a courier service I have never heard of....10 days later, and it only came from Yorkshire.

 Grrrr.
Â
Been away, come home got a bloody parking ticket from last week at the hospital. There were no parking places, so parked my car in an empty part, between spaces, no yellow lines. Others were there. Put my blue badge up. I couldn't keep driving around until someone left, I would have lost my appointment.
I thought with a badge I would be ok. Nope, got a bloody ticket through the postÂ

This could be the worst rendition since Rosanne Barr sang the National Anthem..
Â
Poor girl, whoever she is, is getting roasted on social media.Â
You want to listen to Damien Lewis singing ours at the British Grand prix, he thought he was Elvis.
It would have tore the arse oot yer troosers!!
🙄
Oh dear, she certainly isn't Whitney is she?
Â
She started in too high a key, that was her first mistake.
 She's been nominated for 4 Grammys.😳
Â
A musician friend of mine says she, and many artists now, use am autotune program to make them selves sound better..
Â
If it's not programmed correctly, it sounds like what we just heard..
Someone has commented about her performance..
Â
Â
 Oh good oneÂ

I ordered some beautiful beaded appliqués for card making.
