Beefy Bake again last night out the butchers (Fergusons) they do a nice BBQ range...just need the weather for it!!

They were trying everything. No one would eat or order that that much. They fed the whole crew on that.
Generally, a serving of craft BBQ like that is about a half of pound plus sides.
Here is a typical rib plate at my local joint..

White bread or Texas Toast is pretty common with any BBQ meal.
I don't eat bread anymore, but a lot of folks dont think a meal is complete without bread, rolls or whatever..

I'm sure I've eaten them in sausages, but I'll pass on a big old chunck of piss filter.

All organ meat is good for you. I just can't eat kidneys. I tried. 💩
I follow a girl that mixes it with ground beef because she can eat it like that.
I may try that some day..
Ground beef which we Brits more correctly call minced is great with minced heart...
really tasty but yeah mixing liver with mince might be worth a try.
I never eat kidneys on their own.
Do you like chicken livers?

They were trying everything. No one would eat or order that that much. They fed the whole crew on that.
